"For a moment I thought you had actually escaped somehow. I assure you I won't be so careless in the future. Perhaps from now on, I shall never allow you to leave my sight! How delightful a thought!" he giggled gleefully, causing your terror to entirely overwhelm your being.

"Now, my lovely rupee, my subjects are eager for your coronation, and we've wasted enough time already. We must hurry off to my- I mean, our- quarters to get you changed into something a little more befitting of the queen.

You openly gaped at his statement. Subjects?! Quarters?! QUEEN?! What in Din's name is going on here?!"

"What demented part of your pea-sized brain thinks I'm going to just go along with all of this, you blue-skinned freak?!" His yellow eyes flared with flickers of red as he took in your rebellious outcry before returning to their usual dull hue.

"Perhaps this will shed some light, my treasure." he answered with a chuckle. He waved his pasty blue hand over your face and you collapsed in his arms into a dream-state.

Your entire body felt as if it was floating on air, and you were very disoriented; the darkness around you didn't help much either. Suddenly, you saw Link appear just feet away from you.

"LINK!" You cried out desperately, but he didn't respond. More scenery began to form around you and Link, and soon you found yourself in what you recognized as Zant's throne room.

And there was the creature himself. No words were spoken between any of you, before Zant smirked evilly and raised his hand threateningly towards Link.

"No. Don't you dare-" But it was too late. With a bright flash of light, Link was engulfed in an inferno of blue flames, screaming and crying in agony, begging you to help him.

Your eyes flew open and your mouth was already wide open and shrieking. It was only silenced by Zant's eerily joyful voice.

"So you see, my jewel, you cannot defy me," he grinned widely with his slimy lips,"for if you do, your beloved little fairy boy shall be completely destroyed! Absolutely annihilated! Ohohohoho!" He shrilled jovially. You felt your heart crumble in your chest.

'I'll be here for the rest of my natural life; dear goddesses, I beg of you! Help me!'

"Now be a good girl and follow my orders." He waited for your signal of agreement; you eventually gave a slow, weak nod.

"That's a good girl. Now come with me and we'll get you into something a little more regal."

You trailed slowly behind him through the dreary castle as he led you to his, or rather, YOUR quarters. Along the way, you passed several small Twili, who appeared to be servants, who gave low bows to you both with fearful looks on their blue faces.

"Here is our chamber room, dear. A slave is waiting inside to get you changed and made up for your coronation. And don't worry, this door is the only way out of the room so there's no possible way for you to escape! I'll be waiting right out here for you! Ohohohohoho!" He grinned deviously at you.

You hung your head and dragged your aching feet as you entered your new chambers. Inside, a meek little Twili woman bowed deeply to you before gesturing to a gown on the enormous bed. You took this as a sign to strip your clothes off and sighed before complying. You started to fold the garments, but the servant took them from your grasp and began to fold them herself.

"Oh please, that really isn't necessary, I'd be happy to fold them myself." you pleaded. The Twili stopped and stared at you for a moment in shock and admiration before shyly replying,

"It's no trouble, I assure you madam."

Not wanting to cause a fuss, you kept your mouth shut on the subject. The woman helped you into the black floor length gown. It had an A-line silhouette, and lace bodice with a strapless sweet heart neckline speckled with sparkling turquoise gems. The skirt was made of a gleaming black silk, and had an intricate turquoise ivy pattern around it, save for the turquoise strip that expanded from the waistline downward. It really was an exquisite dress. If you hadn't been abducted and brought here against your will to apparently be wed to a death-defying demon you might have even said it was beautiful. Maybe.
