Wish of Burial Beyond the light: Grant Inspire effect equal to 60% of self' STR and END to all ally (Infinite Duration)(Can be Deactivated whenever wanted)

The Tide Surges, The Tide Recedes: Deals 170% True Damage to all Enemies every second for 20 seconds. Grant Inspire effect equal to 110% of Self STR to all Allies.'
