CHAPTER 16

Y/N swiftly takes out her kunai and blocks his attack as they go back and forth with an immeasurable speed whereas Sasuke keeps a keen eye on the two of them. If necessary he would jump in, any danger would come.

"Sakura!! Step in front of Tazuna San and don't leave his side. We will let both Y/N and Sasuke handle him" Kakashi ordered Sakura who replied with a 'Right!'

Zabuza's eye narrowed as he looks at the fight between Y/N and the Masked boy known as Haku 'Ah so she can keep up with that speed. Impressive'

The fight momentarily stops as they keep a mere distance between the Kunai and the senbon needle. Haku states gazing at Y/N "I don't want to kill you, But you won't stand down will you"

Y/N smirked as she calculates her distance between her, Haku and Sasuke "Don't be foolish"

Sasuke throws shuriken at him as both Y/N and Haku are separated from each other.

Haku's mask directs towards Y/N "I see, But you won't be able to keep up with my speed next time. Plus I've already gained two advantages"

Y/N frowned and Sasuke narrowed his eyes as he attacks him "Two advantages?"

Haku then brings his one hand towards his face as the other is still blocking Sasuke's attack "The first is water and the ground and second is that I have occupied one of your arms"

Y/N's expression changes into a shocked as she see Haku using a single hand to do the Hand signs

Kakashi widens his eye 'With one hand? I have never seen that before'

Y/N takes this opportunity to attack him before he uses his hand but it was too late as Haku used his jutsu "Flying water needles"

Sakura shouted worriedly from a distance "Sasuke kun, Y/N Chan"

Zabuza dumbfoundedly looks at the fight 'Doesn't want to kill. Is that true..?' That was a dangerous jutsu for a Genin to avoid.

But suddenly Y/N and Sasuke vanishes as Haku looks around 'They are gone! Unbelievable they evaded the attack so easily'

Out of nowhere Y/N appears in front of Haku "You are pretty slow" She smirks whilst continuing with her attacks "From now on, you will only be able to run from my attacks"

They both go forth and back without any gap and Haku finds himself in a slight disadvantage'She is fast'

Haku loses his balance due to excessive speed as Zabuza widens his eye 'What? Haku lost in speed! To her!?'

Y/N stood whilst smirking at the masked man as he grunted "Looks like I have an advantage in speed!!"

"I can't have you underestimating my team by calling them brats. Y/N is leaf village's #1 rookie kunoichi and Sasuke is also on top of his class. Sakura is brightest in the village. And the other one is the show off hyper active, #1 loudest ninja in the village" Kakashi proudly announced.

Suddenly Zabuza sniggered while Sasuke looked confused and Y/N had a big question mark above her head wondering why he found the situation amusing.

"Haku, do you realize at this rate we will be driven back"

Haku nodded in acknowledgement "Yeah, we can't have that" 

Suddenly the atmosphere's temperature started decreasing slowly.

Sasuke gripped his kunai tighter 'What's with this chill' 

Y/N looked at Haku as her violet eyes narrowed pondering over his next move.
