Chp 19 - Trouble Nonstop Pt.2

After their conversation, Y/N learned that Rouxls was basically Lancer's second dad, well..Lesser dad to be exact. After buying one or two heals and defenses, they left the shop and headed onward. An elevator that said would go to the first floor stood. Behind it was the next flight of stairs. They started to head there.

They had finally arrived to the next flight of stairs where they would finally reach the top floor. Climbing up the stairs, Y/N couldn't brush the thought of their adventure nearing to an end. She didn't want to say goodbye. Sure Kris and Susie wouldn't leave when they all returned to their world. But she'd have to say good-bye to Ralsei who had become her geniuses friend and Lancer who've she grown fond of. She really hope that they all could return here. But for now Y/N had to refocus their mission right now.

As they reached the top floor, a large hallway showed their one path forward. But as they started to continue onward, they were interrupted by a certain puzzle maker. "Enough, Worms!"

Not her blinding light made Y/N shield her eyes as Rouxls appeared once again. 'How many times is he going to try to blind us?' Y/N asked mentally. "Thou may have CHEATHED through mine PUZZLES, but in COMBAT thou shalt be scattered about!" Rouxls responded. "Wait, we never cheated," Y/N said confused. "On the contrary! How else haveth you solveth my puzzles?" Rouxls pointed accusingly. By the looks of it, there was no way they could convince Rouxls to believe him. His ego bested them. "Come, knaves..! Prepareth for battle with..!" Rouxls shouted as another blinding light summoned a previous enemy they have spared. It's round, red checkered face with it's huge, weird-looking legs, loomed over the team. "Whatever this is!" Rouxls finished. "Huh.!? It's the enemy from earlier!" Ralsei gasped in surprise. "It looks like it's got its crown back," Y/N looked up. "Wait Y/N! No this is a different crown," Ralsei warned. "What?" Y/N said, dumbfounded. The crown looked EXACTLY the same from its original crown. "It looks the same," Susie said. "Hey, K.Rund, it's alright, we don't have to fight. Susie won't hurt you," Y/N tried to reason with it. Susie huffed at her response but she nodded towards it. But it didn't seem to have any reaction towards her words as it gave its empty stare. "Yes, it is my Control Crowne! It mayst control ANY disc-shaped Lifeforme," Rouxls said, confirming Ralsei's premonition.

The K.Round took a step forward. "Oh no!!" Ralsei gave a worried gaze towards the enemy. "It looks like it's in pain," Ralsei fretted. "IT LOOKS THE SAME!" Susie said with a fit of confusion. "It just took a step forward-" Y/N said to herself as she didn't know what to think anymore. "Yes, the control crown is painful," Rouxls cackled. "How could you do such a thing? Forcing it to things against its will," Y/N glared at him. "Haha! Just to defeate thou worms," Rouxls laughed carelessly. "But I'm certain this Creature will feelers relief when it see how much MORE pain THOU'LL be in!" Rouxls laughed once more as he ran off and K.Round stomped into battle.

Here it comes. "Heh, guys I've got an idea," Susie smirked. By the way she looked, it didn't seem like a good idea but Kris thought otherwise as they nodded towards them. "Susie? You want to ACT?" Ralsei said with admiration and relief.  "Aww, what's your idea?" Ralsei asked eagerly. "Is it a good one?" Y/N asked Susie hesitantly. "Pfft, of course it is. It's flawless. But, umm, well how do I say this," Susie stopped for a moment. Y/N gave a questioning stare as Susie looked at Ralsei. "I kind of need for this one," Susie motioned Ralsei. "That's fine, Susie! I'll be happy to help!" Ralsei grinned eagerly. "You want to apologize to it for earlier, right?" Ralsei asked. "Nah, I just need you to stay still," Susie smiled. And by that Susie grabbed hold of Ralsei, holding him in his arms off the ground.

Ralsei started to panic by her actions. "Kris! We gotta get that CROWN off its head! Help me throw Ralsei at it!" Susie called to Kris. "Um, are you sure Susie??" Y/N pressed, giving Ralsei a pitiful "Sorry" knowing she couldn't stop Susie. "Positive! Now Kris aim!" Susie hurried. Kris stared intently towards K.Round and then gave the command to throw Ralsei. "AHHHHHH!!!" Ralsei screamed a high pitch scream as he flew through the air towards the menacing K.Round aiming directly towards its crown.  "Ralsei!" Y/N yelled out to him worriedly. Once he hit it, Y/N was surprised it didn't fall off completely, but it was loosened greatly! 'Huh, that actually worked!' Y/N gaped in bewilderment. Susie seemed to notice her expression as she faintly sneered. "Seee? Sometimes I have the best ideas," Susie praised to herself. "I guess you are right," Y/N admitted.
