" I'm yours." I signed my fate as he proceeded to suck on my collarbone. He reached down and grabbed the hem of my shirt with his long, cold fingers before pulling it up.

The next morning I took a quick hot shower before dragging myself out from beneath the waters stream to the unpredictable chaos the day would undoubtedly hold. I wrapped myself in one of the large blue towels before using another to dry my hair.

An unexpected knock came from the rooms main door as my eyebrows furrowed. I swung the bathroom door open, glancing over at Tom who simply shrugged. I rolled my eyes before walking to our door and looking through the peep whole.

Shocked I jumped lightly and frantically turned to Tom. I rushed over and pulled him from where he sat on the bed, then shoved him into the bathroom with little explanation. I closed the door behind him and walked back over to the main door, taking a deep breath before opening it with a innocent smile.

" Oh my Merlin, what are you lot doing all the way out here in Dublin?!" I asked with fake enthusiasm. Crowded in the hallway stood Raidon, Mae, Killian, and Sean with pointed looks. I laughed nervously as I waited for an answer.

" I wanted to ask you the same thing. Is Nagini with you?" Raidon picked up the conversation. I glanced away from his dark eyes while articulating a reply.

" Well, she's not exactly with me, in here, right now..." I tried to keep up the act that was obviously failing. I went still as I felt a presence come up behind me. I glanced over my shoulder to be met with Tom shirtless, water drops on his chest and drips from his dark curly hair, clad in only a blue towel around his waist. His head tipped down at me, lips pulling up into a smirk.

Fucking hell.

" You're here with him!?" Raidon exclaimed in anger as I winced.

As if on cue, the death eaters filtered out from their rooms as my friends watched with surprise.

" Them." He corrected. Nagini was the last to join the party, her eyes widening upon seeing the four so unexpectedly. I caught Sean's jaw drop out of the corner of my eye.

" Nagini?!" Mae exclaimed in shock.

" Umm, Hi guys, Sean." She spoke with guilt, taking an extra step to address Sean directly. After a painful moment of silence and some wary glances being thrown around, Raidon spoke up.

" You lied." He continued, looking at me with mixed emotions.

" Raidon, you would've killed me if I was like, " Oh yeah, Nagini and I are going on a trip to Ireland with Tom Riddle and his sketchy Slytherin boyband! See you in two weeks!" The fuck was I supposed to tell you?!" I argued my side. We shared a look before I softened.

" Why are you here?" I asked with a sigh.

" I'm always worried about you." He replied as I melted. He's always been there for me, whether I think I need it or not.

" You bitch. I love you." I thanked him genuinely. His eyes widened lightly and I couldn't miss something flash within them. Before I could look any longer, Tom cleared his throat from behind me and reached a hand around my hip, pulling me unnecessarily closer to him. I fought the urge to roll my eyes at the petty behavior, but in all honesty I didn't mind it one bit.

I watched as Raidons jaw clenched, soon mirrored by Tom as they glared each other down before Tom spoke.

" Now you know she hasn't been kidnapped. Go back to Britain." He spoke, expecting to conclude the conversation. With that he turned and began walking back into the room, bringing me with him.

" I don't think we will." Raidon continued. Tom's jaw clenched yet again as he looked back over his shoulder. I knew by the daggers he threw this was going to be a long week.

The lot of them had managed to get rooms, Killian and Mae sharing, and each were just a stones throw away, down the same hall we were in. Tom was beyond furious to say the least.

I was truly surprised he didn't Avada Raidon during their little spat, but the week was just beginning, so there would be plenty of time for that.

Somehow in the midst of things, I found myself in the middle of a war. Not a violent war, at least physically, but an intellectual one. The death eaters and my chosen family decided to face off in what was declared " The ultimate battle".

Who knew me best.

Nagini was made a sort of game show host seeing as she was technically part of both groups. Her and I sat between the two teams, along with Xander and Nox on the sidelines since Killian brought up the argument that the number of participants weren't matched.

Nagini started asking random questions, and before I knew it we reached the last question. The death eaters were rather impressive and managed to tie things up, despite knowing me for less than a year.

" Okay, this is the tiebreaker. What is Islas favorite curse word."

" Bitch." A chorus followed the question immediately as I attempted to stifle a laugh, though the seriousness on each face wasn't helping. They were in it to win it.

The day came to a close as the teams reluctantly agreed to a draw and handshakes were given, though Tom and Raidon required extra encouragement. I wished my friends a good nights sleep as they filed out of Aldus' room, where we held the thing, leaving Nagini, the death eaters and I alone.

After an impromptu meeting, it was concluded there was no good way to avoid them and carry out Tom's scheme as originally planned. We were either going to have to cancel, which was impossible with Tom in charge, or drag them into it.

My worst nightmare was coming true. The one thing I had feared for so long and worked so desperately to prevent was going to happen whether I was ready or not. And in all honesty, I didn't think there was anything I could do to stop it.
