Can You See My Red Light?

"S-see you later Stu.." I silently said. There was so response..I got kind of worried but maybe the portal had shut down for some time or something. I gulped and walked away. 

I sat on the couch and sighed, I looked at the clock

1:30 a.m

Damn I talked to him for that long and i still wanted to talk to him more..I can't risk it all though. I got comfortable on the couch and tried to fall asleep.

3:50 a.m

I woke up randomly, I couldn't go to bed! I got so frustrated I got up and walked outside the door. I sat on the porch and took a deep breath. I was so worried Stuart might not come back tomorrow. I then looked up at the studio, there was a bright light at the top that shined. I got an idea. I grabbed stuarts jacket and put it on. I closed the door quietly and walked to the back of the studio. There was a metal ladder so it was pretty easy to get on the roof. I made it and I looked at the light, I started to un screw it and I placed it on a metal rod. It was now like a long flashlight.

I got back down and ran into the woods giggling and smiling. I made it to the wooden ladders and began to climb. I then sat up on the floor and waved the light above me as high as possible in Magic Cities direction. There was no sign of any red light for a minute

"I hope he's ok." I told myself

"He's probably just sleeping...yea." I said, I laid back down with wide eyes open and the light rod on my hand. I never stopped waving it, I started to loose hope with ever minute that past and no sign of a red light. 

------- time skip 30 minutes--------

As I was getting up to leave from a distance I saw a dim red light waving. I gasped and began to wave my light like crazy. I sniffled as I saw the red light mimic my action. I smiled

"I miss you Stuart.." I whispered to myself. I put my light down and the red light also went down. I smiled and then looked into the middle of the forest. There was a single firefly lit up

"woah" I said with widen eyes. 

"Y/N ARE YA OUT HERE?!" I heard Murdocs voice from a distance

"shit shit shit." I climbed back down and right when I was about to run I remembered that this place was secret! Only Stuart and I know about this place. I took a turn as far away from the hide out and made it to the back of the studio. I then feel a hand grip my wrist.

"Y/N! WHAT THE BLOODY HELL ARE YA DOING OUT HERE?!" Murdoc said

"uhh, I- I- I was sleeping walking MURDOC OH MY GOSH I WAS SO SCARED WHEN I WOKE UP HERE SO I RAN AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE I WAS!" I began to fake cry which I was an expert at..the pickle fell for my trick and pulled me into a tight hug

"Its okay shh dear! You scared me though! Lets go back inside!" He said with his arms wrapped around me. I smiled in his chest and giggled to myself. He sat me back on the couch and sat next to me

"Need anything?" He said

"Nah im fine. Thanks Muddz." I said sitting up

"alright!" Murdoc was about to get up

"wait! Can you stay for a bit?" I saw murdoc smirk and sat back down

"Yes darlin?" He smirked at me. I rolled my eyes

"Why do you want to teleport to this Plastic Beach thing?"I said

"I-i-i just have to for something I guess..It was my old home and, I have a terrible feeling it will be destroyed soon so I have to be there." He said

"Why would anyone destroy your home?" 

"Listen babe, I have done things in my past that I aren't the smartest. With that there are consequences for my actions."

"oh." I said looking down.

"Is Plastic Beach pretty?" I randomly said

"Oh it's a beauty!" Murdoc said smiling like a proud mom.

"You will get to see it dear, don't worry!" He said placing his hand on my shoulder

"ME?!" I said with widen eyes

"of course!" Murdoc smiled

"Oh my gosh! Yay! I'd love to see Plastic Beach!" I smiled and hugged him. As much of a perv murdoc is he can sometimes feel so safe. I didn't even realize but I fell asleep on him because the hug felt so comforting. Definitely not because I pretended he was Stuart...hehe!
