Seven

"Where's Lilah?" he asks 

"Gone to the coffee shop to get herself and Ice coffee and grilled cheese sandwich" I answered and Jay nodded in respose. Everyone else walked back into the bullpen asking the same question about where Lilah was and I kept giving the same answer. Once everyone were back at their desk, we all started doing the paperwork to help build up a steardy case again the guy we caught earlier. 

A couple of hours have passed and Lilah still isn't back, and everyone in the unit is starting to get worried. Then Voight walks out of his office. 

"It's been two hours, Lilah should have been back. Now where the hell is she?" Voight asks everyone

"I'm not sure Sarge" Kim states

"Then find out." Voight states sternly and we all get on our computers to search traffic cameras, security cameras, call logs, messages and trackers to find out where she is. 

Half an hour has passed and Hailey speaks up. 

"Guys I found something about Lilah's whereabouts" Hailey states to the team 

"What is it?" I ask 

"It's a call that came from an 808 number at 10:02 this morning. Listen to this" she states and everyone stands around Hailey's computer and she turns the volume, so everyone can her what's being said. 

Lilah: Commander Halstead

Danno: Lilah, it's Danny

Lilah: Danny, is everything alright? You sound panicked

Danno: That's because I am panicking Lilah. Steve's missing. We've searched the entire Island and can't find him. We've tracked him to somewhere in Korea and we need your help. How quick can you get to Hawaii?

Lilah: I'll be on the next flight out to Hawaii

Danno: You are an angel Lilah. Let's go bring Steve home.

Lilah: Let's bring him home

Everyone is in shock about what they've heard. I mean, I'm stunned. Lilah is still injured. She had major surgery 6 weeks ago and is still healing. I turn to look at Jay and he looks fuming and like he's about to erupt like a volcano. Then Hailey speaks up again. 

"I've also looked at security footage and it shows that she was leaving the locker room with a few bags at 10:37 this morning, taking the back route to the parking garage. I took Lilah's registration plate and started tracking it and she pulled into the long stay car park at O'Hare airport an hour ago. Her flight to Honolulu departs in 20 minutes. It's a 40 minute drive from here to O'Hare. We won't make it in time" Hailey tell everyone. 

I try tracking her phone but there was no signal, meaning she's either disabled the tracking or she's switched her phone off. 

"Listen, we are going to find and we are going to bring her home. We are not leaving one of our own behind. Is that understood" Voight tell us 

"Yes Sarge" everyone responded in unison. 

I see Jay walk out the room with his cellphone against his ear, probaly informing Will of the situation and from a medical perspective, I bet Will is going to be pissed with Lilah, when she gets back. 

Lilah's Pov

After a ten hour flight, I have finally landed in Honolulu. I have just cleared the usual security chanels and when I walk into the arrivals hall, I see Danny in the distance and walk over to him. I drop my bags to the floor and then pull Danny into a hug. 

"Let's get going. Were going to find Steve. I'm not going back to Chicago until he is found and is back in Hawaii" I told Danny and we both left the airport and headed to Five-O head quarters. 

The half an hour drive from the airport to headquaters was spent discussing different tactics on finding Steve's location and who took him but deep down I have a suspicison on who took him and where they might have took him but I'm going to share my views with entire team when I arrive. 

Pulling up to the head quarters both me and Danny jump out of the car and head into the building and straight up to Five-O and when we enter Five-O, everyone is standing around the computer tables ready to gather any intel or information on Steve's whereabouts. At the back of my mind, it's going a million miles an hour about what eveyone in Chicago is thinking about my disappearing act and wondering when I'm going to be returning. 

"As soon as Danny told me that Steve was missing, I was on the first flight out of Chicago, to come and help you guys. Steve was my mentor for 4 years and he's got me to where I am today. So, out of respect, I want to help find him. But I want you guys to hear my theory of what might of happened because it might actually help us being one step closer to finding Steve. I'm going to be honest, I shouldn't really be hear but it's my choice because I was shot 6 weeks ago and had my spleen removed but I'm okay" I told the Five-O team. 

"What's your theory?" Chin asks 

"Well my theory is that it has something to do with Wo Fat and taken somewhere else in the world and my gut is telling me, that Wo Fat has taken him to Korea" I state to the team

"We went to Steve's house and found his house and car empty. But in his car, there was a evidene of blood. Not sure if it was Steve's or someone else, we ran a sample through the database and it was confirmed to be Steve's" Kono tells everyone.

"All we need to do know, is try and pin point Steve's location, so we can get him and bring him home" Lou states 

"The minute anyone finds anything, even if it's small. You tell us because it could lead us to Steve. Now, let's get to work" I state and everyone disperses to their office to crack on finding out any possible leads

The next 6 hours were spend digging through every possible piece of data and information to find out where McGarrett is and in the centre of my mind, I was planning our transport to wherever Steve was located and it was going to be with the help of an old Navy friend of mine and Steve's, Joe White. I spent another 15 minutes going through all the research I have done throughout the day and I finally got a hit. I got out of my chair and ran into the main room and headed straight to the computerized table. 

"GUY, I'VE GOT SOMETHING" I yelled, causing everyone to run out of their offices to where I was standing. 

"What is it Lilah?" Danny questioned

"I've found Steve's location. He's in Pohang in South Korea. He was kidnapped my Wo Fat and is being held at a facility in the jungle. We are going to leave in 2 hours to go and bring our commander home. I just need to make a phone call, because I'm going to call and old Navy buddy of mine and Steve's to help us bring him safely back to Hawaii" I states to everyone and we all disperses and I wall back into Steve's office and grab my cell off of the desk and call the one person I know is going to help us with. 

Joe: Hello

Lilah: Joe, it's Lilah Halstead

Joe: Lilah, good to hear from you. What can I do for you?

Lilah: I need you help. Steve's been kidnapped by Wo Fat and is Pohang, South Korea and we need your help in bringing him home. We need a military plane to get us there and back. None of my family in Chicago know about this.

Joe: You have my word Lieutenant 

Lilah: It's actually Lieutenant Commander. Got promoted 4 years ago and now I'm a cop

Joe: I'll text you when I have a plane fueled and at the airstrip

Lilah: Thanks Joe, your a life safer.

With that the call ended and the mission was a go. Let's go and bring out Commander home and safe.
