6. Zach's true colors

Start from the beginning

Just six more months working for Kim Group. By then, he would be able to set himself free. So he did not want to put so much effort into this job anymore.

Just enjoy it!

On the way home, he bought some vegetables and fruits. He planned to make a good meal for himself and gave himself a little self care.

When he returned to the Kim residence, he just discovered that Taehyung had got off work on time today as well.

So rare.

Before he could collect himself, he saw the kitchen was lit up. He could also vaguely hear the sound of boiling water.

Taehyung put down the computer in his hand and sneered at Jimin. "Stay away from the kitchen. You don't want to cook, it's OK. Zach is cooking."

Jimin snorted, "Oh! Mr.Williams knows how to cook too?"

"He's determined to learn." Taehyung said, raising his eyebrows. "You don't need to cook anymore. Look at yourself, you really regard yourself as something special."

Jimin snorted and turned to look at the kitchen, then he suddenly frowned.

Taehyung noticed his expression and asked, "What's wrong?"

Jimin snorted, "What's wrong? Can't you see? He is making a mess in the kitchen. If anyone who doesn't know he is cooking, they would suspect someone is making biochemical weapons."

After that, Jimin sat on the side of the table and took out his mobile phone to browse through the news.

After listening to Jimin's words, Taehyung rushed into the kitchen to have a look. Not long after, a smell of burnt smoke wafted out of the kitchen. Uncle Carson was so scared that he rushed in with two fire extinguishers in his hands.

Jimin shrugged and watched the chaos quietly.

With the help of Uncle Carson, Zach finally learned how to use the high-end kitchen equipment. After struggling for hours, he finally made a 'simple' dinner.

Look! Stir-fried tomato and scrambled eggs. Oh! Burnt.

Lobster with garlic. Hah! The lobster was still alive.

Jimin felt he had been outdone. The meal he made for Taehyung at noon was not even this bad.

However, the dinner made by Zach..... was plain horrid and was tantamount to murder!

Taehyung looked at the food on the table without any expression. He handed Jimin a pair of chopsticks and said, "Have a taste."

Jimin shook his head quickly. "No, no, I don't want to eat this. My life is more important."

Zach's face froze. He reached out to wipe the dust from his cheeks and smiled pitifully. "It seems that my cooking skills are not good enough."

Taehyung patted the back of his hand. "Don't worry. If you really want to learn how to cook, ask Uncle Carson to help you."

Jimin looked at the last dish and frowned for a while. "What is it?"

Zach smiled and said, "West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy."

Taehyung nodded admiringly. "Zach made it by himself."

Jimin could not help showing his disgust when he saw the inedible food. He said, "Poor fish wasn't worthy of its death."

Zach always looked obedient in front of Taehyung. At this time, he picked up the most refined pieces of fish with chopsticks and put them into Jimin's bowl. "Brother Jimin, have a taste and give me some suggestions."
