Final Battle Part 2

"Now!"

Black Hat shot her with the ray.

I almost feel bad for her. She just wanted to be loved.

She gave up everything for Slug, and he turned away.

That just makes Slug even more of a dick.

(Dr. Flug POV)
All the other had been defeated, of course I got the most difficult one.

I was so nervous, I felt like throwing up.

Then I heard Y/N's reassuring words, and I smiled.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Black Hat hand Y/N the ray.

She wanted to do the final honors.

I'm not the strongest person, but I have the drive to just destroy Slug.

If you mess with my family, you mess with me.

And with Y/N as his target? That won't do.

That won't do at all.

Instead of hand-to-hand combat, we used more of our inventions.

But now, I could tell Slug was getting bored.

I was 2 steps ahead of him in every attack, and he was getting furious.

He was about to shoot something at me, but it seemed jammed, so he threw it to the ground and it broke into pieces.

"I'm done with the brains. Let's test your brawn."

I slowly backed away as he walked towards me.

I wasn't ready for this. Deep down I knew I would have to actually fight. But I still wasn't ready.

He began throwing everything he had at me, to which I could only block in response.

We were the only ones left on the battlefield, everyone else was watching from afar, Y/N with the ray in her hand.

When we were planning, everyone said they wanted to help me take down Slug. I was thankful for the support, but I personally wanted to give Slug what he deserves.

I was so focused on planning ahead, that I didn't block when he kicked me in the gut.

It was a hard kick, and it took me to the ground.

I struggled to get up, and Slug stood over me.

Without warning, he took of my paper bag and slowly tore it up infront of me. Out of instinct I covered my face with my hands.

(Y/N POV)
I stood there in disbelief. He had brown fluffy hair, green eyes that shone like emeralds, and freckles, and glasses.

Holy shit... he's hot.

(Dr. Flug POV)
"Aren't so tough without your bag are you? You're just as unattractive on the outside as you are on the inside."

He had a smart tactic. Use the insecurity that we both share as a point to make me weak.

I tried not to let it work, but it slightly did.

What was Y/N thinking? Does she think I'm hideous? Will she break up with me?

I know she wouldn't, but there's always that uncertainty.

He slowly walked towards me again, raising his fist in the air for one final blow.

He was about to strike, when Y/N stepped in between us.

"Screw off man."

She shot him right in the chest and he tried running to her, but to no avail.

She turned towards me.

"Y/N, I'm sorry I didn't show you sooner I was just so-"

She grabbed my face with her hands and kissed me.

I immideately kissed back, wrapping my arms around her waist.

Demencia, 5.0.5, and Black Hat cheered for us, and we didn't stop.

Unfortunately, we need air to survive so we pulled apart.

"Y/N, you don't know how long I've wanted to do that."

"And, we're about to do it again."

She kissed me again and I smiled into the kiss, our lips moving in sync.

She parted the kiss.

"Oh by the way, you're so hot."

"Heh, thanks."

I held my hand out to her and we both got up, turning towards our family.

Demencia sighed, it looked like she forgot her part of the plan.

"So Demencia, you know what this means?" Y/N said smirking.

She looked confused until it hit her.

(Y/N POV)
We all stood outside of White Hat's mansion, watching it burn.

It was a satisfying sight, to know our plan worked out, and they wouldn't be alive to bother us again.

I laid my head on Flug's shoulder, this was peaceful.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't feel Flug let go of my hand.

"Ahem..."

I turned to where he was and looked down.

"Y/N, we've known eachother for a while now, and it's been the best days of my life. I never imagined I would have someone to be with, much less someone as amazing as you."

I gasped.

"Y/N, will you marry me?"
