Finally seeming to have said enough to the poor boy, the three girls left, and so did Severus, rushing over to the hidden door at the end of the passage way whispering lightly the password.

I moved over from my hiding spot taking quick steps to reach to the door and huffed out the password,"sibilus angues".

The door opened and as expected not many people were to be seen in the common room. The couches were nicely arranged and the only place messed up was a corner where some seventh years sat talking.

I walked in and over to the staircase of the boys dormitories. They looked at me but just continued there conversation thankfully giving zero fucks about why I was going up in such a hurry.

After walking down the hallway where the fifth year dorms were I walked through them trying to figure out which one could be Severus's. Well, they could have done a good job at putting names in front of doors but clearly not.

After stumbling around a bit, a dorm opened and Lucius and Avery walked out discussing something. They both looked at me and stood still for a bit before Lucius sneered.

"What are you doing here? I thought you'd be smart enough to know that girls are not really allowed in the boys dormitories." he said annoyed.

Avery just smirked and walked in front of Lucius." C'mon Lucius, let the girl have some fun. It's not the first time we've seen girls here looking for a nice guy to hook up with." he said raising his eyebrows suggestively.

"Shut up dickhead. I'm looking for Severus. Which one's his dorm?" I asked.

"Why do you want to know?" Malfoy asked again.

"Why do you care?" I said not really wanting to listen to anything he said.

"Well then, you'll do a good job going to look through all the dorms to find him." he said smugly and I smirked.

"I won't have to go through the trouble. Avery?" I turned over to the boy who seemed to have already zoned out our little argument.

"Yeah?"

I walked closer to him grabbing his collar to get him down to my height and whispered something in his ear.

"Deal?" I asked all the while Malfoy looked at us suspiciously.

"Yeah deal." he said pointing to the door second to the one they came out of.

"What?!" Malfoy stuttered before Avery pushed him out of the way and down the stairs to the common room.

I rushed over to the room that Avery told me and knocked on it twice.

"Go away!" came a muffled voice from inside.

"It's me Y/n."

The door swung open and I was pulled in before I could even register what was going on.

"What are you doing here?" Severus said as he looked out the door making sure no one saw me before shutting it quickly.

I looked at him. His eyes were red and his cheeks didn't seem their normal pale but lightly red. His hair was a mess and so was his dorm. Things were thrown around and the curtains were closed, giving the room an eerie presence.

"How are you?" I said sitting on one of the chairs looking at him.

"Are you even listening? I asked what are you doing here? You really are an idiot. If any of the prefects saw you here, we'd both get in trouble." he said glaring at me and I smiled.

"And I asked how are you?" I said calmly.

"Don't act like you don't know anything." he muttered in a small voice sitting down at a bed and fiddling with his fingers.
