Started with "I Do"

After eating Minho's mom and dad went off to work. Jisung was waiting down in the living room while Minho was in his room getting ready for the day. When Minho came downstairs, seeing that Jisung was still waiting for him. He smiled and asked teasingly "You want me to drop you off?" Jisung shook his head and tried to say something while swaying his body. 

Jisung avoided looking at Minho's eyes and while fiddling with his fingers finally managed to say "I was wondering if I could accompany you today." Minho's smile dropped and he was about to refuse Jisung but before he could do that Jisung hurriedly continued "I won't disturb you. I'll just wait for you outside. Please, let me come." Minho sighed looking at the determined face of Jisung and said "It might take a while though." Jisung enthusiastically said, "I am good at waiting." Minho then helplessly shook his head while saying "Let's go."

Jisung was waiting in the lounge while Minho was meeting with his therapist inside one of the rooms. Dr. Kim was the same therapist Minho had counseled previously. When Minho informed that he wanted to get the help he was even happier than Minho's parents. "What made you want to get treated?" Dr. Kim asked once they sat down inside the office. He was a person who had solved many cases, dealt with many types of people, and had helped many people how could he not get a hint of what was going on when he saw that Minho had brought someone with him but he still asked to confirm it.

Minho without hiding anything said, "He is my significant other selected by my parents." The doctor raised one of his eyebrows and asked teasingly "Selected by your parents? What about you? How do you feel about him?" Minho thought for a while and said "Honestly, I don't know. He is really good. And you know how I am I can't even fall asleep in someone's mere presence. How can I develop a relationship with him, with me acting like a paranoid person? So, I haven't given proper thought to it. Maybe, once I get better I'll have the courage to like someone, love someone with my whole heart once again."

Dr. Kim smiled and said "Minho I am very proud of you for wanting to move on. I'll try my best so that you can gain the courage to be with the person you like." Minho also smiled bitterly and said, "Then let's get started, shall we?" After that, they had a two three hour session with small breaks in between. By the end of it, Minho's whole body was pale and he was covered with sweat. Jisung entered the room after the doctor had called him inside and was surprised to see Minho in such a state.

He approached Minho slowly and wiped the sweat off his face with the towel provided by the doctor. Minho smiled weakly and said "This is why I didn't want you here. I don't like you seeing this weak side of me." Jisung kneeled in front of the chair where Minho was sitting coming in a face-to-face position with him and said while giving the latter a soft smile "Whether it's your strong side, your weak side, your angry side, your annoying side or whatever side there is to you. You'll always be the same Minho. I promise you that I won't view you differently so, just show me whatever side there is to you."

Minho returned the smile while nodding his head. Minho leaned forward softly touching his forehead with Jisung's forehead and said "Then, you can't run away from me when I show you every version of me." Jisung wasn't expecting Minho to do this so he was a bit startled but hearing Minho express his insecurities indirectly he resolvedly said "I won't." Then they sat there in peace for a while. Minho never let himself feel vulnerable in other people's presence but with Jisung he didn't know why but he felt safe enough to dwell upon it.

After Minho cleaned himself up with Jisung's help they thank the doctor and made their way out after taking a date for another session the next week. On the way back, Jisung was the one who drove them back as Minho still looked pale. Maybe it was just his imagination as they just came out of the hospital but to Jisung Minho looked like a sick guy who was tired from all these years of suffering from the illness.
