The Beginning

Junghwan kindly nodded with wide smile, but he was curious and confused about the old lady telling him that the cat is 'special' as she said.

He finally got home, and placed the cat on the floor, gently and slowly this time to prevent him from getting hurt.

He kneeled down on the floor and started petting his fluffy black and grey fur "hey there, I'm your new owner, I will take care of you, have you a nice home, feed you good food, a comfortable place to sleep on, and the so much love you deserve, promise."

The cats pure doe adorable eyes was focused on him, and he slowly walked towards the latter's lap and sat there comfortably.

Junghwan smiled that the cat is finally comfortable with him and let out a small giggle "alright, I'll feed you first, and then let's treat your paw. I don't have some cat kibbles in stock since I'm not expecting that I would adopt a cat, I hope you wouldn't mind drinking milk today, but I'll definitely buy those kibbles for you next time!"

Junghwan stood up to get the first aid kit, along with pouring some fresh milk in a small bowl for the kitty to drink on.

He came back with the things he needed and started treating the cat's paw slowly so he doesn't hurt him

The cat was just looking at his face in the process of getting his paw treated, he was so focused on him that he didn't realized that junghwan was already done putting a bandage around his paw.

"There done! It may take days for it to heal, but at least it's less painful for you right?" Junghwan placed the bowl of milk on the floor, and the adorable cat quite hesitated in shyness "don't be shy, you can drink it as much as you can."

The cat slowly drank the milk, and he was loving the taste of fresh and sweetness from his tiny mouth, he's never eaten in days, and this fresh bowl of milk was worth it for his tiny stomach.

Junghwan smiled while petting the cat, peacefully drinking, when he realized that of course, he didn't have a name "oh I almost forgot, you need a name, hmm so what can I call you then?"

The cat was just sitting up, waiting for his new owner to say something with his tail wagging "well... I did played a game called supermario cart in my nintendo these days, and I really want to name you using the characters!" Junghwan thought of an adorable name from the supermario game he played and thought three options of names

"Uhm... what about lui in short for luigi? oh no that doesn't sound right, uhm... peach for princess peach? No it sounds cringe for a cat, uhm... Mario? Oh shoot! I can't think of any interesting names for you."

Junghwan think even harder, when he finally remembered a name that would definitely suit the cat and it is easy for him to recognize

"I know! I'll call you yoshi! After all, yoshi in the game is very adorable, and so are you! And it even suits you! So yoshi what do you think of your new name?"

The cat's tail wagged even more and jumped on the latter's lap and purred softly liking his new name "I'm glad you liked it."

Night time arrived and the two had a lot of fun the whole day, they would cuddle, watch movies together, and even play in a gentle manner. Junghwan never felt alone again, that's why he is thankful that he adopted yoshi.

But he didn't realize that he would sleep this early at night, usually he would study or maybe do something else to sleep late, but I guess tiredness for having fun wins for this day.

He fell asleep on the sofa peacefully, when a blanket was placed on him to keep him warm from the cold wind , and another small body lied down hugging beside him while caressing his brown locks.

"Thank you junghwan-ah, I hope you'll get to see and love the real me instead..."

The guy uttered softly before leaving a peck on his forehead, and fell right fast asleep beside him.

It was a quiet and peaceful night, just the two of them sleeping beside each other in the long sofa, warmed in each other's cuddles have.

When he suddenly felt some butterfly kisses on his face and finally wakes up while letting out some morning giggles "Okay! Okay! I'm up I'm up stop it!" He giggles again until the latter finally stopped kissing yoshi's face and faced his beautiful husband, or let's just say, the hybrid of his life.

He hovered over him and started touching his fluffy cat ears and said

"Good morning sweetheart." Junghwan greeted him, with a deep and hoarse voice which obviously made yoshi blush in an instant, even if they're already married now for about 2 years already, he still couldn't get used to junghwan's voice every morning of how hot it sounded like.

"Good morning to you too mister clingy pants!" yoshi booped his nose with his own, but it end with junghwan claiming his lips instead when their faces were an inch closer to each other.

Luckily, yoshi didn't pulled back and just melted himself off with the younger.

His fluffy tail wagging from underneath the mattress, his ears twitching whenever junghwan would try inserting his tongue in the hybrid's cavern.

Both faces are flushed pink, the younger's hands on yoshi's tiny waist, and the hybrid's on junghwan's nape.

The make out for more than minutes now, and junghwan quickly pulled out from the kiss when he felt his husband is out of breath

Yoshi breath heavily when with his eyes focused on junghwan, the latter flashed him a loving smile before leaving a peck on his lips again "breakfast now, make out again later? Or... maybe you could be my breakfast."

Yoshi hit his husband's face with the pillow with his face almost bursting in redness "pervert!" Yoshi quickly got out of bed before junghwan could even pull him back to the bed "you better get out of bed, or you won't get to eat your loving husband's breakfast for the day!"

Yoshi teasingly said before running away still in his pajamas on and his tail wagging in excitement "hey! Sweetheart I was just kidding!"

Okay so I hope you liked the first chapter so far 😭🥹 but yeah, u decided to write this since idk, an appreciation ff for passing my exams, I'm also planning that this would only be 3-4 chapters only but yeah I hope you had a great day ahead of you ☺💗
