TWO: SHE'S SO COLD

They felt a shiver.

'I knew I couldn't keep up with this nice persona...'

Pigsy looks down, realizing she was right. "right, let's get to the truck."

His low voice makes Mei and Tang look at him worryingly, but they know Y/n has knocked some sense into them.

"Apologies for my cold choice of words, mister pig. Just didn't want you guys hurt." She formally bows down to Pigsy, which startled him, red taking over his cheeks. Mei and Tang could see smoke coming out of his ears out of embarrassment.

"u-uh, no worries. Let's go quickly." He scratches his neck in nervousness and grabs the keys for the truck, not without getting stares from his two friends, which only makes him angry.

"Well?! What are you waiting for!"

When driving, Y/n sees Mk in the distance, who was in front of a bull clone.

"There," she tells pigsy, pointing to where Mk was screaming in fear. "Drive it over."

Pigsy smirks at her command, "already ahead of you." And with a bit of complaint from Tang, he speeds up, and the front of the truck collides with the metal clone who is sent flying from the impact.

"Guys! Whoa! You look so awesome!"

confused about what he meant until she turns to look at everyone who suddenly changed outfits. 'what...'

"Look, we got you one, too, N/N!" Mei shoves weird camo clothing into the arms of the monkey, who only sweats, immediately dropping whatever Mei had given her. "I don't like clothes."

"HUH!? Miss Y/N! You're here too!?" Just realizing this, Mk screams in confusion.

"Ah, you know her too, Mk!  And you never told us about her!? Selfish bastard only wanted to keep a pretty thing to yourself!" Mei stomps her feet playfully, which makes Mk panic even more.

"HUH? N-NO! Uh, anyways. What happened?" The blush from Mk's face disappears when he returns to thinking about the current situation. The city was cold, and bull clones had completely terrorized every square.

" Well, after you left-" Mei explains, only to be shoved by the boy with glasses. She would have been squished to the floor if it weren't for Y/N, who gently takes her away from Tang's grasp. Tang adjusts his glasses in a typical nerd way as he continues for Mei.

"Well, after you left, the Bull Clones attacked. But they were different, more powerful than before. We believe it's all tied back to the Demon Bull King himself. MK, he's conquered everything." His dramatic speech was done after Y/N pushed him out of Mk's face.

"Where is he now?" Mk asks, pink returning to his cheeks as the monkey stares at him.

"We're not sure. But there are pretty scary noises coming from the mountain." A tall blue man with his cat grabbed Mk's shoulders, startling almost everyone, forgetting he was there.

They all get in the car, Y/n in between Tang and Mei. Sweat dropping at the situation. How'd she gone from almost killing MK and Wukong to saving this pathetic city?

"All right, what's the plan?" The blue man Y/n learns was Sandy asks the boy with the staff, who only thinks about the question.
