She must have noticed me, she pushed her way through Dan and Carly and walked towards me.
She stood beside me, bumping into my shoulder on purpose. She got close enough to my ear and whispered to me.
"Watch your back. He knows."
And with that, she walked out the doors.
My stomach churned at the thought of who 'he' could be. I got lost in thought when Dan started walking up to me."(Y/n), I'm so sorry, I had no idea she was going to be here, I swear. I was just on my way to see you and she stopped me--" I cut him off by wrapping my arms around his neck and hugging him tightly.
"It's alright Dan. I'm not mad." I said to him. I heard him let out a sigh of relief before putting his arms around my waist and squeezing me back tighter."I'll leave you two alone then." Carly smiled at us and headed towards the girls room.
I turned back towards Dan.
"I was just coming to see you too. I had to beg Carrie to let me though." I laughed.
"Me too. Phil almost wasn't going to let me leave." He smiled. We stood there talking for a few minutes, when Carrie found us and told me to come back and get ready. Dan held my hand and walked me back to the room.
My thoughts started trailing off to what Jessica said.
'He knows.'
I couldn't help but think of the worst possible scenario.'No. This is not happening. Nothing is going to ruin this day for me, especially not Jessica. This day is about Dan and I, and that's it.' I thought.
We got back to the girls dressing room, and Dan had to leave. He quickly kissed me on the cheek before Zoe pulled me back into the room.
I sat down in front of the mirror again, and Zoe started doing my hair. She picked up the (curler/straightner) and began on the left side. After half an hour, she was almost finished, and it was nearly 4 o'clock. Now, it was time for the dress.
I went into a seperate changing area, and my dress was hanging from a hook on the wall. I took a minute just to look at it. I normally didn't get excited over these types of things, but this dress was perfect in every way.
I smiled to myself before taking it off of the hanger and putting it on. Carly came in and helped me zip it up, and I looked in the mirror.
"I... I didn't think I could ever look like this..." I said quietly.
"Look like what, a princess?" Carly smiled. "You look stunning, (y/n). Absolutely gorgeous. And I'm sure Dan would say the same thing." She grinned at me through the mirror and adjusted my hair a bit.A few minutes later, Zoe called us out.
"(Y/nnn)? Come out here so we can see you!" She laughed.
I smiled and turned around, walking through the doorway.I noticed Carrie and Zoe were no longer in their clothes, but in dresses. Carly went into the change room and changed into her dress aswell.
The three of them were my bridesmaids, so according to Carly, they all had to wear the same dress. They were wearing light blue, strapless dresses that hung to a little above their knees.
As soon as I walked out, they both gasped and smiled widely at me.
"You look perfect." Zoe exclaimed.
"Like a goddess." Carrie added.
"I think a goddess is a little far, but thank you." I laughed. "And look at you guys! You all look so beautiful." I smiled.
"But today's not about us!" Carrie grinned and stood up, pulling me towards the vanity and sitting me down.We talked for a few minutes while Carrie was picking out earrings for me to wear, when there was a knock at the door. Carly skipped over and opened it, and my mom and Nathan were on the other side.
