he throws the paper off his desk not only is his entire plan up in flames but turns out the man is actually a decent reporter when he wants to be 

Lincoln looks to scorpion and says you know what to do 

do whatever you want how bloody do you want it i don't micromanage Lincoln said annoyed not caring anymore as scorpion just  smiles 

but in case you run into a spiderman considering maybe finshing him but i recomond his loved ones first though make him suffer for all i care  Lincoln said

hes in MJs house having dinner with her parents 

today for dinner was spagetti and Meatballs 

the TV was on 

then the news on tv is live it was on the daliy bugle 

He sees the news on the tv down the hall 

it was the scorpion is attacking the daily bugle and nobody knows what's happening or why he's doing it but he's terrorizing the building in search of jay jonah jameson and Peter parker there 

he quickly excused himself leaving the dinner table then running up the steps to change into his suit 

her parents were very quiestoned by it but MJ wasnt

 she quickly defended him saying he neede to use the restroom again 

Her Mom just sighed and her dad didnt care and just was eating his food 

Meanwhile At The Daily Bugle 

scorpion is tearing the place apart trying to find jonah jameson 

he hides in the closet as the monster he created wreaks havoc upon his workers 

Jameson Parker are you there if you jj dont come forward i'll kill every single person in the building until i find you and parker Scorpion says threatenly 

he finds him and jameson not wanting to see anyone else get hurt complies and faces his worst mistake 

gargan grabs a hold of jonah and throws him out the window jonah screams 

before being thrown back up into the building and spider-man jumps in through the window wearing his red and blue suit once again

Spiderman Jameson said in a low shout 

well well spiderman or should i say par- 

His mouth was quickly webbed shut by Spideys web shooter 

yeah no buddy cant do that here Spidey quickly  quipped at Mac 

Mac ripped the web stuck out 

fine if you insist but i know your exact weakness spiderman i know you cant watch anyone else suffer and espically your little girlfriend of yours scorpion said with an evil smile then attacked Peter 

then Scorpion and spider-man fight  

Jonah get everyone out of the building Peter quickly told jonah as he was being pinned by scorpion and being punched by him 

Jonah helps the last person out he looks at spider-man 

alright everyone scram Jonah said shouting making sure everyone else at his workplace left out of here and everyone did excavate out of the bugle 

while scorpion and spider-man fight they fight throughout the bugle smashing each other through walls floors ceilings destroying everything in their path

peter manages to get the upper hand and web scorpion to the wall 

 He begins to walk away 

you and i both know i'm not staying in jail for long peter whats that girl you were with whats her name again oh yes MJ Michelle Jones Waston isnt that right scorpion said with a smirk 

peter freezes as he slowly turns his head back in horror gargan begins to laugh
