"Great, then I'll be inside," (y/n) mockingly saluted and tried to walk past him and into her classroom, however, that was quickly interrupted by Rindo blocking the entrance with his arm, "What now?"
"Give me your phone, I wasn't done," he held out his hand. (E/c) eyes narrowed at him whilst he rolled his own violet ones at her momentary pause, "Just give it. I'm not gonna mess with your personal stuff if that's what you're worried about."
(Y/n) hesitated, but in the end, she wound up warily placing it in his outstretched hand. He speedily pressed some buttons and then heard the familiar click of the 'ok' button on the small device. As soon as he was finished, the younger Haitani returned the phone to its rightful owner and the iconic ringtone was heard in his own pocket— revealing his own phone and a text message from an unknown number.
"How am I supposed to contact you if I don't have your number?" He smirked and showed the little window of his flip phone as (y/n) visibly paled.
"Why the hell did you write that?!" The (h/c)-nette screamed and went to delete the chat box from her side.
The text read 'im sorry for everything ive done. I just wanted ur attention plz forgive me TT' and she almost gagged at how cringy it was. Knowing Rindo, he probably wrote that to blackmail her or something of the sort, and she definitely did not want anybody reading it and mistaking it as her liking him. Especially, conceiving her actions for the past month as a way to get his attention.
"You're so fucking annoying," she muttered and ducked under his arm to enter her class.
"Aww don't act like that after the text you sent—" he was cut off as soon as (y/n) whipped her head around to glare at him. She didn't even say anything but Rindo sarcastically put his hands up in surrender, "A'ight, a'ight, keep staring at me like that and you'll get wrinkles."

Rrring!
The school bell rang signaling the end of the day and all of the students groaned in relief and stretched their tired limbs. (Y/n) was more tired than usual putting up with Rindo's bullshit throughout the day, but luckily, he only stayed the morning period and left— probably to meet up with his brother for all she knows.
She stood up and was about to head to her club room to use the sewing machine until her phone's ringtone beeped at her. Fishing it out of her pocket, she nearly threw it against the wall after seeing who texted her.
'(L/n) come meet me at XXX.'
Speaking of the devil... (y/n) texted back a simple 'why?' but that only resulted in her being left on read. She understood that he probably found the guys sooner than later so she mentally prepared herself for another coverup story.
'So much for working on my project...' the young student mentally sighed and began to head out.
Exiting the school, she found out that it was a pretty short walk to the address Rindo sent, so she decided to take the scenic route rather than the train. What worried her though was her lack of knowledge of the place and the fact that Rindo wasn't with her this time around. She may get jumped on her way there and she didn't trust the delinquent enough for him to be curious if she never showed up.
(Y/n) took her mind out for a second and enjoyed the view. For moving into a pretty popular city, this part of the area was much less crowded and rather... quiet. She didn't know if that's a good thing or not considering she may have just entered gang territory, but she would like to imagine that there was nothing to worry about.
