Chapter 4: New arrivals

And just like before the wind began to redirect itself towards the entrance of the portal. But instead of holding onto something. All the cookies stood still as the wind began to pick all 4 off the ground and into the portals entrance.

Then once all 4 got sucked in, the portal closed but now no one remained.

Meanwhile in the human world~~~~~

(Y/N) took a sharp breath before slowly regaining consciousness after a nights sleep. The rubbed the sand out of their eyes before slowly sitting up.

In their tired daze, the didn't realize that a certain cookie was already away on the dresser.

"Good morning, (Y/N)!"

(Y/N) jumped before turning over to there dresser, and there they saw the little Princes head, peaking out from the scarf pile, they made.

"Oh. Good morning, Custard Cream lll."

(Y/N) began to stretch and groan once more before finally getting out of bed.

The gently scooped the small cookie out of the scarf nest before once again, placing him on their right shoulder.

"Okay. Let's eat breakfast and then we'll figure out what to do from there."

(Y/N) said, making their way into the familiar kitchen before setting the cookie down onto the counter. Both couldn't help but admire Jerry in his new pot, looking like a king.

"Okay. Let's see what I got." (Y/N) said, before grabbing a box of cereal with Marshmallows because who it's a sucker for that.

"Would you like some?" (Y/N) asked, the small Prince's eyes sparkled at the delicious looking food.

(Y/N) chuckled before grabbing a small lid container and dumping some of the cereal onto it.

"Thank you for the food!" The prince shouted, before happily digging in.

(Y/N) couldn't help but chuckle before grabbing their own bowl and getting themselves a bowl of cereal.

They then went to the living room and spent the morning watching whatever was on.

Of course, Custard Cookie was fascinated by this giant device. He kept on asking questions every two seconds but because this was a once in a life time opportunity, (Y/N) happily answered every single one.

It wasn't long before a commercial popped up, and it was a group of friends talking about some new game that was coming to market.

While, (Y/N) simply glazed over the ad. Custard Cream Cookie couldn't help but feel a bit melancholy.

When the prince had finally grown quiet, (Y/N) couldn't help but turn their head. The cookie was sitting on arm rest of the couch and his head was lowered.

"Hey Custard Cream Cookie, you okay?"

The little prince took a bit to respond, "Yes. It's just that what if I never get home and I'm just stuck here forever. It's not like I don't enjoy your company but what if I never see my family or friends again?" The last part caused all Custard Cream lll emotions to boil over.

He pitifully put his small stubs on his eyes before beginning to weep.

(Y/N) began to panic, they quickly shut off the tv before scooping the tiny prince.

"No no no no no. Hey hey. It's okay..." (Y/N) said, but the prince could only continue to cry. (Y/N) rubbed their thumb onto the princes head.

"Listen buddy. I may not know magic or anything like that. But I promise that I will find a way to get you back. That way you could see your friends like Gingerbrave, Strawberry Cookie, Wizard Cookie and, Chili Pepper cookie."
