Together Till' Death Do Us Part (Reader X Hu Tao)

(Two): Hilichurl attack

"Oh my archon! Chongyun?! Is everything ok?" Xiangling ran to rescue him.

"Shit... I hope it isn't anything serious."

While we were fighting the gigantic beast, I turned back and saw Hu Tao sprint from one hilichirl to another, her style was quite fascinating to look at.

"Wait a minute, is that a vision?!"

"You didn't notice it?! I always have it on my uniform!"

"Not important. Girls, set the big guy here on fire as quickly as possible"

Hu Tao tapped the lawachurl and then sprinted back to dealing with the samachurls and mitachurls.

"Storm pillar!"

The winds started getting stronger.

"Guys! Find cover!"

As the wind started tousling their hair and trying to blow their hats away, Hu Tao and Yanfei found coverage behind a house. XiangLing swiftly dragged the pained Chongyun away and Xingqiu hid with them.

Suddenly, the winds started becoming too strong, you were about to get blown away, but you just stood there, in the middle of the storm, unhinged.

"Y/N! What the fuck are you doing! Go away! Didn't I just tell you that funerals whitout notice are a total pain?!"

The Lawachurl, Wich was near the center of the storm, was quickly bleeding out. All of it's blood was flowing into the sea and creating a giant red stain.

"Don't worry! I can't die from this unless I go to the center of the storm!."

My words were almost canceled by the impetuous winds.

The smaller hilichurls and samachurls were already all dead. The remaining Mitachurls were being violently pushed in the sea by the storm.

"That's not the point! The wind's going to pick up the fire!"

As she spoke, the storm became scarlet red, and the night sky light up.
I managed to avoid the blaze in the nick of time, and watched the burned beast fall in the water.

"*Uff* *pant* That was *pant* tiring..."

"What was that for?! It looked super dangerous!"

"Naah, the dangerous zone only was the mitachurl's general zone, and I highly doubt anyone in their right mind would have stayed there for more than one second."

"You almost got blown away by the wind!" Yanfei looked traumatized, she had never seen me fight before.

"Hehe, sorry, I got into fight mode."

"Ugh! Why wasn't I the only one with the work switch?! Yours is too dangerous!."

"Relax! It's not like I use that attack all the time! I feel like shit every time I use it."

"Then stop using it!"

"Uuuhm, guys, are you two siblings?" Xingqiu, Chongyun and Xiangling had came out of their hiding spot. Popsicle boy had fortunately sobered up and didn't look very hurt.

"Yeah, I'm her older brother."

"Only by two days!"

"How does that work?"

"Don't ask me, I just apparently came out of the womb two days after him."

"That sounds inconvenient"

"And it probably is. Anyways, do we wait for someone or...?"

"What happened here? The fish will never bite if there's a giant Lawachurl in the water!"

An old man appeared out of the blue

"Oh, greetings, master Tian."

"I signed to the others to do a slight bow"

"Y/N, did you kill this beast?"

"Yes, sir, it was attacking civilians."

"Did anyone get hurt by it or by your attack?"

"I doubt, sir, it wouldn't have been wise for anyone to be in a Lawachurl's general vicinity."

"Good, good, if you keep this up you might become as skilled as Yelan."

"Thank you, sir, I appreciate your words."

Uncle Tian calmly walked away.

"Was that...?"

"Uncle Tian, one of the Qixing and my boss."
