(Y/N): "But..."

Albert: "No buts and no asses, young man. Us (L/N)s don't give up." he grabs my shoulder "I didn't give up fighting face to face against Salem, and neither should you. I believe... in all of you, (Y/N)"

(Y/N): "Thanks, dad... Wait!" I blush "You didn't see everything right?!" Dad chuckles.

Albert: "No, (Y/N). I respect your privacy. What you do with your soon-to-be-wifey is not my concern" he smiles "Just know, I'm expecting an heir to Guardian's powers from you two"

(Y/N): "I..." I chuckle "Ruby and I will see what we can do in the future, old timer" I smile, making dad smile too.

Albert: "Hehe. Great to hear it. Now, it's time for you to wake up, (Y/N). When you find your Rose, can you tell her something?" I nod "The last message from her mother"

(Y/N): "Summer..."

Albert: "She asked me to pass it. Summer said she was very sorry she had to abandon Ruby and Yang. Tell her she loves them, even if she's not here. She did what she had to do as a Huntress, but she failed as their mother." I nod.

(Y/N): "But... Ruby told me about Summer. Ruby and Yang were apples in her eyes, she didn't fail them, she was everything they wanted her to be!" Dad sighs.

Albert: "Summer felt like she abandoned them when they needed her the most. For her, Ruby was the only thing that mattered. When... when we understood we will not be coming back home... I could see her heart shatter into a million pieces. (Y/N)" I look at him "Summer and I sacrificed ourselves, not wanting to see you kids do the same... but fate is brutal, and now... the fate of Remnant lies in the hands of Huntsman and Huntresses of the next generation, in your and your friend's hands, (Y/N)" I sigh

(Y/N): "Well... we're on a great start then... with Atlas and Mantle"

Albert: "Hey, if I were alive and present then, I would deck Jimmy in the face at the first mention of abandoning Mantle" he chuckles "Now, it's really time for you to wake up. Go find your friends, and remember, your old man is always around you" he hugs me and I hug him back.

(Y/N): "Thanks dad" we broke the gesture and dad soon vanishes in a storm of blue flames, as the world turns black again. Then, I feel warmth, like two blazing suns shining on me. I open my eyes, only to shield them later, as there were indeed two suns in the sky. I blink two times, thinking my vision is playing with me. I sit up, looking at my surroundings. Nothing but sand and the surrounding ocean, and a jungle with a large strange tree in the distance upfront.

(Y/N): "Where the fuck am I...?" I stand up and get sand and water from my clothes "Well..." I look up at the sky and feel I'm starting to sweat from the heat "It's not Solitas' harsh climate, that's for sure"

I ditch my jacket and roll up the sleeves of my shirt, keeping my hood on as a way to block the sun and heat from my head. Deciding that by standing still I will not find anyone, I decided to walk along the shoreline. As I walk, I can see an object impaled into the ground, as it flashes off the sunshine with a blink. I walk closer to it, finally recognizing it.

(Y/N): "No way..." I walk faster "No fricking way!" I now run to it, nearly losing my balance a few times "Haha! It is!" I stop and look down at the object "I wasn't hallucinating, it's Crescent Rose!" I grab the red and black sniper-scythe hybrid, getting it out of the ground. I look at it as its blade shines in the sun "Wait if Ruby's weapon is here that means..." I spin Crescent Rose to its compact mode and put it on my hip, next to Mortem "That means Ruby and the rest must be here too!" I start looking around and shouting "Ruby?! Ruby!" I however get no response, sighing I try one last time "My Rose, I know you're here! Please, answer me!" no answer, again. I sigh and sit down on the sand, thinking "That's just great..."
