Ao'nung crossed his arms. "i can't believe you would do that." he glared at Y/n.

Y/n dropped her arms and looked at Ao'nung confused. "i'm sorry that i got... shot?" she laughed.

"you should be."

Y/n just laughed and closed her eyes. "so... no hug from my big brother?" she opened her eyes again and spread her arms.

before she knew it, Ao'nung lunges towards her and wrapped his arms around her. "i thought i had lost you." he confessed. "i thought i had lost the sister that made me an older brother."

Y/n awed and hugged Ao'nung. "i love you." she told him. Ao'nung hummed and hugged her tighter.

"you're in big trouble, by the way." he whispered.

"with who?"

"mom."

Y/n sighed and let go of Ao'nung. he placed his hand on her shoulder and gave her a sympathetic smile.

she smiled back and faced her mother. Ronal stood exactly like Ao'nung did a couple of seconds ago. her arms were crossed and she was glaring at her daughter.

"you..." Ronal uncrossed her arms and pointed at Y/n.

"mom..." Y/n tried to explain herself.

"you get shot, you die and then, Eywa herself... blesses you with a second chance at life." Ronal stated. "and what do you do? you jump back into danger, risking your life, once again."

Y/n sighed. "mom, please."

Ronal walked to Y/n and placed her hands on her face. "i can not lose you a second time." she whispered. "not when you just came back to me." Ronals tears were now running down her cheeks.

"mom." Y/n smiled. "i'm here, i'm alive." she took one of her hands and placed it on her beating heart.

Ronal closed her eyes and smiled in contentment when she heard her daughters heartbeat.

Ronal opened her eyes again and looked down at her smiling daughter. "Nga yawne lu oer." she whispered.

Y/n smiled and reached up to give Ronal a soft kiss on her cheek. Y/n backed away and turned to the Sully family.

Jake was cutting Tuks and Kiris restrains that were on their wrists while Neytiri was inspecting Lo'ak to see if there were any small cuts or wounds on his body.

Spider was with them and watched with and unreadable expression as Jake cut Kiris restrains.

Neteyam was staring at Y/n with a smile. Y/n smiled brightly and turned back to face both of her parents. "i have a request." she told them.

Ronal and Tonowari nodded their heads. "i want to have another ceremony." she looked back and held out her hand for Neteyam to take.

this caught the attention of everyone on the rock. Neteyam took her hand and walked forward to stand next to her.

"i want us to be mated." she said determined. "officially."

Tonowari looked over to Ronal who nodded her head with a small smile. "tomorrow." he said. "we will have another ceremony to celebrate the bond between Y/n and Neteyam."

Neteyam smiled and faced Y/n. he kissed he cheek and ran his fingers through her messed up hair. Y/n laughed and just smiled up at him.
