Episode 26

I felt someone's stare on me, I stopped laughing and look at them. Harshit said "I'm leaving" gaining our attention. I nodded and said "Come home today for dinner at least." he smiled and nodded.

Sanjh was looking at me continuously and I was feeling so shy. I said in front of Harshit bhai looking everywhere else except Sanjh "Let's go, if you're done" and he said "Yeah I'm done, let' go." we all left his cabin and Harshit bhai gave me side hug saying bye gaining a glare from Sanjh.

Harshit bhai just showed him his tongue. We bid byes and now me and Sanjh were alone and it was damn awkward because of those intense kisses in his cabin. I gulped thinking this when we reached at reception and I again saw that Payal there so I gave her a smile.

Like before I started taking local elevator but now Sanjh held my waist giving my whole body goosebumps and I started wiggling saying "Someone will see, please don't" I said him begging. "I don't care" What? He doesn't care then why we were playing tom and jerry from the start and now he doesn't care.

I jerked his hand and said "Payal is looking at us, you were shouting that day when you found our photos got leaked and now you don't care" He looked at me with shock and said "whatever, now I don't mind" "But I mind" saying this I took local elevator.

After proper 15 minutes, I reached on ground floor and came out just to see Sanjh waiting for me in his glory. Everyone was looking at him. Isn't it obvious? Their busy boss who never has time so say hello to his employees is now waiting for someone for few minutes.

When I came out, he came towards me saying "Let's go" I nodded and started walking behind him. Not founding me beside him he looked back and held my hand in front of everyone and whispered in my ear saying "You look good beside me not behind" I blushed on his statement and we both took sit in his car.

I sighed and said "Let's go to shopping now" He said "Don't worry about grocery, workers will take them home" I looked at him in mistrust and said "Then why did you take me with you just to show me your cabin?" He glanced at me and said "Nope, I wanted to sort everything between us and you didn't listen to me at home. I was trying to talk with you but you were ignoring me so... Leave it, we literally kissed today but I need to tell you that I'm not satisfied."

"You're shameless" I said turning my face to another side because I was blushing a mess. How can he says those words so effortlessly? He doesn't even love me, he was confirming. I sighed and I felt his hand on mine, I looked at him and he said "I know what are you thinking Sachi. This marriage thing happened so fast that I didn't even get time for that. After that night I started to feel something that I even don't know and I didn't feel for anyone. That kiss was weird that I lost myself in that."

I nodded my head with blushing face, not knowing how to respond to him. After 10 minutes of ride we finally reached at home and he left my hand, got out of his car. Ahh it's just few seconds and I'm missing his touch. I was calling him shameless and here I'm a pervert. Thinking this I shook my head and opened the door of his car just to find Sanjh talking with someone waiting for me.

Looking at him waiting for me, I suddenly remembered our wedding day. He really left me in hurry, here at garden and I was running behind him like a lost puppy not knowing where to go and that too with my heavy lehenga. I had tears in my eyes thinking about that day how everyone behaved with me in those 5 months.

I heard Sanjh's voice "Sachi come na, why are you standing there like a statue?" I smiled with my teary eyes looking at him pouting like a baby and he started coming towards me. Looking at my eyes he said "Why are you crying? Are you feeling pain anywhere? We can go to see doctor." I don't know what had gotten inside me, I suddenly hugged him tightly and he was so shocked but still wrapped his one hand around my back.

I broke the hug feeling embarrassed and he said "What happened hmm?" "Nothing, I just remembered something" I said not looking at him. He nodded his head and said "Remember, whether it's a sad or good memory, doesn't matter but you can hug me as much as you want and as much tight as you can." He said spreading his hand, I chuckled on his silliness and he said winking me "Look I'm serious" I blushed and went inside taking big steps leaving him behind.

He came beside me and stood their looking at my expressions. When I went to lobby, I found my family sitting there. They were going to come for dinner but... it was a surprise for me. I smiled and called my bhai "Bhaiyya" hearing my voice he looked at me smiling and I ran to hug him like my life depends on him forgetting everyone there.

My Shri bhai is very close to me more than my parents because my dad never liked me but bhaiya always came to save me.

I started crying feeling his warmth, the familiar warmth that I was missing from months now. I was crying so badly that my sobs started coming out from my mouth hearing that bhaiya broke the hug and said "Are you okey?" I nodded still crying, he was holding my shoulder and asking me. I jerked his hands from my shoulder. I again hugged him tightly and said "I missed you" He laughed and said "I can see that by your warm welcome my Sachu" I broke the hug after few minutes and looked at him asking "What do you mean by warm welcome?"

"Look, I'm wet now. This is called warm welcome" He said pointing on his shirt that was wet because of my tears. I slapped his shoulder saying "You won't understand" This time he hugged me saying "If I won't understand my Sachu then who will?" I nodded in his chest feeling happy after so many months.

We heard a ordering voice "Leave my husband" I looked at her saying "I won't, you always stay with him." she rolled her eyes saying "Leave my husband and give me a hug too" She spread her arms with pout. I laughed at her and said "You know what Kanika, you are just too bad at showing your anger"

Now everyone started laughing except my dad. We hugged each other tightly and I asked her "I don't expect anything from your so called husband but what did you bring me from Chicago?" "Lots of things but I forgot to bring here" She said looking at me sadly and I looked at her saying "Don't say like that bhabhi" I said shaking her whole body and she shook her head as a no.

Looking at us Shri bhai said "You both, stop it your melodrama. It's just a gift, behaving like someone died." I looked at him and said "So, it's true" I heard another voice "Yeah bhabhi it's true, they didn't forget but someone robbed it" It was Samaira, she was holding gifts. I looked at her with my big eyes and everyone started laughing looking at my expression.

Like this we started our lunch. With lots of gossips our lunch ended. I could feel someone's stare on me the whole day and I knew who was that. Good thing is that everyone mingled very well and workers showed bhai, bhabhi a guest room and another one to mom & dad. They needed  rest and I was sitting in bhai, bhabhi's room with Mom.

They were telling me about how they went there in rush and everything happened. "You know Sachi, I missed you a lot. If you would have been there with us then we would have literally gone few more places but your bhai didn't ask me, he was only in his work." me and mom started laughing looking at bhai who was still doing his work on laptop. I said "You unromantic husband, leave that thing and spend some time with your wife" after completing my sentence I heard another voice saying "Yeah leave your work, spend some time with your wife and leave my wife because I also want to spend some time with her." It was none other than Sanjh.

I blushed on his words and bhai nodded saying "Go in your room Sachi, because of your talking my head has started aching very badly" I stood up from his bed without saying anything, I went near him and I hit him hard and ran to save my life. I went behind Sanjh saying "Save me" He looked at me and said "Why the heck you hit him in first place?" I looked at him in disbelief and said "You are my husband, you need to protect me from him and you're saying why I hit him. Didn't you listen when he said headache to me." "You are, he is correct" saying this Shri bhai and Sanjh gave high five to each other laughing.

I looked at them and went to my room stomping my feet angrily. I opened my room's door and went inside and within a second someone pinned me to wall closing bedroom's door. I looked up just to see Sanjh who had smirk on his face. Not understanding his motive I said "Leave me, you were making fun of me then why you are here?" I started struggling but his hold was just getting tight. Now what's wrong with him? Not replying me, he smashed his lips on mine, making me freeze and shocked at the same time.
