Unbreaking the Broken (Ghost x Reader)

"Right here Ghost." Soap mumbles.

Ghost turns to look and Soap and just looks right over his head.

"I don't see him." Ghost announces.

Soap kicked him in the shin.

"You midget sized devil." Ghost replied trying not to push Soap.

"Well quit with the short jokes. Frostbites shorter than me and I don't see you picking on her."

Ghost laughed.

You all walked out to the vehicles. Ghost and you were riding together, while Price drove Soap and Gaz. You assumed that Alejandro and Rodoflo were meeting you guys there.

You sat passenger in the car while Ghost was driving.
He drives fast and very reckless.

"Who gave you your license?" You joked.

"My what?" Ghost asked looking at you with a serious look. Your smile dropped.

"Thats not funny." You said.

"I wasn't trying to be funny." He replied.

"Anyways so you and Soap are close huh?"

"I mean, kind of but not really. He's part of my life and I can't do anything about it." Ghost answered you.

"Oh don't be like that. I can tell you guys are closer to each other than the others."

Ghost shrugged. So he sees Soap as someone who's just in his life that he can't do anything about it. Is that how he sees you?

You arrived at the bar. It was nice looking.

You got out of the car and Soap got out of Prices vehicle and ran up to you guys.

"Hey guys!" Soap said smiling. You wished you could have his enthusiasm.

You smiled back at him and started walking to the bar.

"Wait wait." Soap yelled and bent over to pick up a penny.

"It's just a penny Johnny. You don't need it." Ghost said walking past him.

"I always pick up pennies I find. It's good luck."

You laughed and shook your head.

You guys found a table in the bar to sit at and ordered some drinks. Soap, you and Gaz were ordering the hard drinks since you guys wouldn't be driving.
After a few minutes of you guys there, Alejandro and Rudy walked in.

"Did I ever tell the story about how Ghost tazed me because I called him a boomer?" Soap said excited.

"Not another story." Alejandro sighed.

"That is not what happened Johnny." Ghost said setting down his drink.

"Okay okay. So anyways I asked him to taze me because I didn't think he would do it. Well he did."

"He also didn't talk to me for three days after that." Ghost chuckled.

"Well yeah! You tazed me!" Soap said taking a drink of his whiskey.
