Unbreaking the Broken (Ghost x Reader)

Going out

After more of Soaps stories, you all were getting more and more drinks. You started to feel drunk.

"Did you just take a drink out of my drink?" Alejandro asked Soap.

Soap shook his head intensely and laughed.

"estúpido imbécil" (you stupid moron) Alejandro said and got up to get another drink.

"Thanks hermano!" Soap said smiling.

"Uh okay." Price said knowing that what Alejandro said wasn't a compliment.

You laughed. You never wanted to return back to Shepards base, back with the shadows and Graves.
Graves.
You hated Graves. Everyday you had hoped he'd be KIA but nope.

Alejandro came back to the table with his drink and sat down.

"Ale, we should play roblox later." Soap said smiling.

"Sure hermano."

"No. Bad idea. You aren't allowed to play that game remember?" Rodoflo said, looking at Alejandro.

You looked at him confused. "Why can't he play that? It's a kids name right?"

Rudy sighed. "He sends death threats to kids on there, he thinks it's funny."

"It is funny!" Alejandro said slamming his drink down.

You laughed and shook your head.
"That's awful dude."

Alejandro laughed.

After hours and hours of more drinks and jokes and Soaps stories, things got out of control.

"Guys guys I've always wanted to do this." Soap said and walked away from the table.

Everyone wanted Soap walk up to the bar unaware of what he was going to do.

Then he got up on a stool and got on top of the bat and started dancing.

Alejandro and Gaz started laughing while you pulled out your phone to record.

The bartenders started yelling for security while Price got up to go get Soap.

Everyone got kicked out of the bar.

"What now?" Soap asked laughing.

"Time for you to go to bed." Price grumbled.

"Hey Captain, we have fun don't we." Soap said putting his arm around Prices shoulders.

"I've never been more stressed." Price said walking to his vehicle.

"He loves me." Soap laughed.

"Time to go." Ghost said and started walking to the vehicle.

"You drank, you shouldn't drive." You told him.

"I drank one drink."

"You still drank plus you don't have a license."

"A what?" Ghost asked you again.

"Whatever let's just go."

After getting back to base, Soap got out of the vehicle and immediately started running.

"Son of a bitch. Someone go get him." Price said, lighting up a cigar.

Ghost went after Soap.
A few minutes later you could hear screaming.

"No! No. Simon don't! Stop. Price! Price help me!"

You laughed wondering why Ghost was doing.

Ghost walked back holding Soap by the back of his shirt.

"What did he do?" Gaz asked.

"He tried to tickle me and then said he was going to kill my dog in Minecraft."

Ghost walked Soap back into the base.

"He needs a leash." Rodoflo stated.

This night couldn't get any more funny.
But the fun soon ended as you walked back into the base and checked the burner phone.

10 missed calls from Sheppy
15 new messages from Sheppy

Shit.

You immediately opened the messages.

"Frostbite, I've had someone watching you tonight."

"I see you are having fun."

"Don't have too much fun, you know why."

You didn't bother to read the rest of his messages, he was so boring. Someone watching you? Why would he do that.

"Don't have someone watch me. I know what i'm doing Shep. Have some faith in me."
You sent the message and put the phone away.

After everyone was back in their rooms, Ghost came into yours.

"Let's talk."

"About?" You questioned.

"Us."

Uh oh.

"So I've never done a relationship thing ever so I don't know how anything works but we both work for Shepard so it's not like we live far from eachother or anything. I don't know what to do because you won't be at this base forever. I'm just scared Y/N"

"Yeah I know, I don't know what to do either but it's really late to have this conversation."

"Late? What do you mean it's late?" Ghost asked.

"It's almost 4 am." You giggled.

"Oh." Ghost said and sat on your bed. "Then let's just go to sleep and have this conversation later."

"Deal."
