A monster was walking the streets. Walking as if he was above the so called people around him. His sharped eyes still remind on his sculptured face. The citizens around talking among their peers. Paying no mind to the man with blonde hair.

A black limo came to his view. A man dressed formally stood outside of it waiting patiently and protectively. An idea appeared to the blonde hair vampire as he got closer.

Dio-"Ah, the automobile... such impressive power and speed."

He placed his hand on top of the vehicle feeling it's touch as he remembered his younger youth.

Dio-" In my youth, all we had were horse-drawn carriages."

Suddenly a rough hand was placed on Dio's shoulder. The formal dressed man that was standing outside of the car was gripping and his eyes narrowed at the Blonde touching the car.

Dio eyes darkened at the sudden touch. Despising the audacity the formal man had to touch him. A superior being as him getting coming to contact with nothing to him but pure filth.

Formal man-"Hold it right there! What do you think you're doing? This car belongs to U.S. Senator Mr. Phillips! Wanna puke out your eyes?"

Dio garb the man hand up from his shoulder and twist his arm downwards. Making a sound no person wants to hear their arm make. The man screamed in agony
at the pain. His eyes bulged out, snot coming out of his nose with sweat on his face and of course blood shooting out.

Formal man-"What the hell is wrong with you?!"

Dio then walk to the left side of the car and got inside. There was an older man in a suit and hat. A politician of the United States. The Politician had his hands stacked and folded over each other and look at the direction Dio came in with a eyes closed, small smile. As for Dio, he was staring straight ahead, eyes stilled shadow out.

Politician-"My, my... Younge people these days. So full of piss and vinegar."

He chuckled with his passive aggressive comment. As he was laughing, Dio reached out and pull two of the man front teeth with no problem whatsoever.

The politician was also screaming at the pain. Who wouldn't if your perfectly good, strong teeth got pulled? He was whaling but of course it didn't affect Dio in any sort of way. Why would he care for the lesser beings? All he wanted was to catch up to Joestar.

Dio-"Hold your tongue and proceed to the front seat. It's time to drive."

He dropped the man teeth.

Politician-"Who the hell are you? Do you think you can get away with this?!"

The politician grip his fits.

That's right, this is unforgivable! No one gets away with doing something like this to me. I was valedictorian in high school and college! I was captain of my college wrestling team! Even after graduation, people respected me. That's how I became a politician!

I'm owner of a villa on a thousand-acre plot of land in Hawaii! My wife is a gorgeous model twenty-five years younger! I pay fifty times more taxes than anyone in this town! I destroyed every enemy who's every stood in my way! And someday, I'll be president. I'm senator Phillips, dammit!
