Toothless X Reader

Episode 3

He was flying freely, still thinking that I was after his sister. I silently flew over him and hit his head with my claw. "I did it!"

Giggling, I quickly flew away without letting Ice tag me and flew towards Light, whose invisibility was slowly disappearing.

As if agreement, Light and I dived downward at the same time and saw the island we had not yet noticed while playing.

For God's sake. This island was crawling with dragons from top to bottom.

This must be the island of Berk.

Light and I looked at each other in disbelief. I was wondering how we were going to get into this huge dragon hive before I heard Ice's worried roar. I turned my head back to see what was happening, but it was too late. Ice, unable to maintain his speed as he floated downwards, crashed into me.

Due to the impact, I lost my balance and suddenly started falling downwards. I roared for help, but it was too late...

I fell into the forest with great pain.

Toothless point of view

While Hiccup was working on my new prosthetic tail, I was laying down a bit lazily.

Until I heard a roar.

My ears perked up into the air, my pupils turning into long, thin slits for a few seconds.

The roar of a Night Fury.

Also.. in danger?

I stood up so quickly. Another Night Fury... I wasn't the only one!

I quickly started running into the forest in the direction of the roar. The other half of my tail fin was not attached and I could hear Hiccup calling to me from behind.

I roared to communicate as I went deeper into the forest. There was no answer and that scared me even more. Was alive?

I tried to get this thought out of my mind. I wasn't the last of my kind, and now that I'd found another Night Fury, I couldn't lose.

That's when I saw the Night Fury with his back to me. I could clearly hear his intermittent growls. I... I wasn't alone, it was really a Night.

I stood there and watched him. He soon tried to gather himself and, sensing that I was there, he turned to face me.

Wait.. contrary to what I thought,
it was a female.

Y/N point of view

Although the trees slowed my fall, there were some scratches they left on my body. I wheezed, trying to calm myself. I was so angry at Ice. How can a dragon hit another dragon while flying?

I sat up, whined, and had the feeling that another dragon was behind me. I turned around thinking it was Light or Ice and… it definitely wasn't them.

I blinked my E/c eyes a few times in case I was daydreaming from the fall, but no...

The Night Fury before me was one hundred percent real.

"Uh.. Hello?" I saluted him with a murmuring sound. His green eyes widened as he approached me.

"Hello.. I-I thought I was the only one,"

"I was partly thinking about that..."

He stopped when our noses were almost touching. "I'm Toothless. You?"

“My name is Y/N..”

It was the first Night Fury I'd ever seen, other than my father, and... I felt something stir inside me. He was handsome.

My pupils, which were wide before I inhaled the strange smell I smelled, suddenly turned into slits. Two vikings appeared behind Toothless, ready to attack us.

-You know the humans/vikings a little bit because your father and the old warring dragons told you.-

I growled as one of the Vikings approached us. I noticed the viking in front say something like 'Oh my god' but I had already fired one of my plasma blasts at them. As the female viking rescued the other, they both watched in shock as the area I had shot at was instantly covered in ice and frozen. Within seconds the ice exploded and burst into flames.

"Don't hurt them!" I looked at Toothless in shock as he stepped in front of the people and protected them. "What? What are you waiting for, Toothless! Run!"

Instead of running away, Toothless stood there protecting those people, I stepped back. Soon I saw people standing up and I quickly turned around and started running away. I ran for a long time because I could be easily spotted in the sky. I needed to find Light and Ice.

I will use light fury (as it is called Light in my story) most of the time in gifs^^
