"Not to sound rude of anything, but how did you find out where I live Frieda" I said a bit weirded out.
"What can't I just visit my brother in law" She replies
"My question still remains not many people know where I live so how did you know," I said ignoring a previous statement
"Historia told me the general direction and I followed it," She said before noticing the little girl hiding behind me.

"I just remember that I didn't give you a present for your birthday, so I brought you a gift," She said handing me a book that looked so ancient it might as well be a family heirloom.
"So you gave me an old book," I said trying to process what happening

She looked a bit reluctant.

For some reason the second I said that, the chain in Frieda's body disappears, and the old man vanished.
She enter the house with a smile on her face like she was released from something.
She went to the kitchen in sat down on one of the chairs.
She noticed the burned kitchen" what happen here" She asked
"Some accident happen, because someone decided to cook unsupervised," I said looking at Mikasa
She just looked away but that gave Frieda a general idea of what happened.
"I need to put a defense system if people can just come inside my house" I mutter to myself as I started to look for something I could give my guest.
Long story short she didn't come to give me a present but to eat.
"My house is not an all-you-can-eat buffet," I said as I watch as she devoured all the food on the table.
"You act different from how you normally act," I said noticing on how she went from acting like a noble to a normal teenager.
"You could say that I'm no longer in the chain when I'm here, that I can be myself," She said shrugging before finishing another plate of bacon.
"You should probably read that book when you have free time," She said
I looked at the book in the title was 'the slave, the knight in the king'.
I look at the book then back at her at the book then at her.
I open the first page of the book in started to
read it.
I close the book after reading the first page.
"So what do you think, this a great present right"she said finally finishing to eat her food.
"Decent but its getting late in I don't want you sleeping in the house, so could you kindly leave my house"I said noticing the sun going down
"Why did I do to hurt you so much you don't want me to stay," She said fake crying
"Frieda I'm supposed to be working on a project that is a secret in it's going to stay a secret, so I can't work on it while you're here," I said before she make up some weird scenarios to embarrass me.
She sigh a bit before muttering something under her breath" Why.....she...him...." was all I manage to heard the rest was blank.
I open the door for her to leave before she went out" Jack please protect my sister for me when I'm no longer around," she said like she knew she was going to die.
"Sure" I reply in a confident tone.
"You a nice person"she said before her eyes looked like they were possess.
The old man was back along with the chains.
'Wait the chains in that old man is that King Karl the one that made the vow to renounce war'I thought as she walk off into the distance
"Jack I'm hungry can we get anything to eat" I heard Mikasa's voice as she was also tugging my sleeves
"Didn't you eat while I was serving food"I said tilting my head to the side a bit
"The lady ate all the food and took some of the food in her bag"Mikasa said
It then hit me, she came into the house with an empty bag on her, then left with a full bag.
"How did I not notice that" I muttered realizing what she did.
"Are you fine with fruit as dinner?" I said to the hungry girl.
She nod her head yea in I went inside to give her food with her following closely behind.
