It's just not fair (Gaiu-maybe?)

He rang the doorbell twice, Thrice, no one answered a Mong standing in front of the doorway of his friend. "What's taking him so long?" He tapped his foot in a repetitive rhythm. Impatient, he shouted to gain whoever was inside. "Yoohoo anyone home it's me Gai" the monkey cupped his hands to his mouth. No reply, he is starting to get really really worried, if the bug sibling will be somewhere they make sure to leave a note but there isn't any. Gai tried to open the door but surprisingly, it isn't locked so maybe someone is here. "Liu... Shan..." there is no reply, despite his presence inside the house there is no reply. Everything looks broken like someone got in, everything felt dirty and dusty like it hasn't been cleaned for years. He felt something was very wrong, he readied his kunai just in case, the monkey in a battle stance prepared to attack and defend himself from an intruder suddenly he sensed a familiar small tapping sound and it was... Mr. Suitcase??? Gai sighed in relief picking up the machine friend of the grasshopper. "Hi there bu—" He dodged him and was making so much noise. Trying to tell him something, "Hey is there something wrong?" Gai asked the small creature talking to it like an actual person. The machine ran off, Gai tried to follow it, leading to go upstairs and into Liu's room. Gai followed what he was instructed to, and he found his friend lying on the working desk with his arms supporting his head. Gai wakes him up, scolding him about how irresponsible he is because of the state of the home. "Liu, dude wake up!" He gently shook him. After a few budges the grasshopper's eyes started to open, his glasses misplaced to his face. His eyes are very watery and puffy, it turned reddish and his purple irises a bit blurry. He adjusted his glasses and to his surprise it's his long time friend, Gai. "Yo dude you look like a mess and your house is a mess too, your sister won't be happy if she'll get back, where is she anyway?" Gai unaware why he is in that state. Liu massages the bridge of his nose. "What was it?" His response was so tired and lazy he didn't realize it was Gai until he looked at his face and he was shocked he fell from his seat. "Gai what the hell man! How did you get in here?" Liu was not aware of his first question. Gai in annoyance grunted. "Liu everything's a mess here including you and you look not in shape okay." Gai explaining cant take his patience. "I'm alright ok just leave...please" he knew his friend and he can tell nothing is alright. Gai softened questioning and concerned in his friend's state "Liu where's Shaun?" Liu snapped with the name, Mr. Suitcase backed off and hid from the room's door. Liu started to breathe a sigh and tightly held the desk, his arms standing there planted still. "Gai... please don't mention that name..." Liu pleaded coldly.

"Look if you guys gotten into a fight or something I might—"

"Gai please!!! I'm tired and frustrated so just leave okay!!!"

Liu's outburst made Gai more worried he never saw his friend like that. The grasshopper couldn't take it and he started blurting out so many things.

"It's not fair what she did wrong!!??!?!?"

"IT'S SO UNFAIR!!!"

Gai looked into Liu's eyes full of tears dripping, his body shaking and startled, he fell to his knees and let out a soft grunt and cried facing the floor. Mr. Suitcase is scared and startled by the bug, Gai patted his friend and held his shoulder.

"Liu, what happened to Shan?"

"She—-She's gone—She died 2 days ago.."

Liu in tears breaking down so many emotions he cried his lungs out. Gai was shocked and pale; he didn't ask or talk. The two sat there in the room cold.

They thought everything was over but things didn't turn around as one of the 7 contestants ended up scared because of the aftermath of the championship. Traumatized and wounded losing the one he cared the most it's just not fair.

His friend will never be the same...
