Chapter 2

Guilderstern pulled Kranz into an alleyway. "Shh. Yes he's alive. But remember what the werewolf said? His name won't be the same and he won't remember a thing. But he might still be a musician. Just like how you first met. You told me about it. It's like having that same meeting all over again."

Kranz looked up at him. "What if I can't?"

"What would Licht say?" Guilderstern smiled.

"There is a can, in I can't. You can do anything if you put your mind to it." Kranz said.

Guilderstern nodded. "So, are you still going to the interview tomorrow for the teaching position?"

"I don't know. It's the only school out this way so he probably goes there..." Kranz said sounding unsure.

Guilderstern lifted his head up by putting his hand under his chin. "Think of it this way. You get to see the real him. And you can help him, who knows, Gear said there is a slight possibility that they could remember. Shouldn't you take that chance?"

Kranz thought for a moment. "You're right. I will go and see them for the interview."

Guilderstern smiled. "That's the spirit."

Kranz then frowned. "So what do we say to Lawless?"

"Absolutely nothing. That is C3's job." Guilderstern said bluntly, making Kranz laugh.

Mitaka and Mitsuro argued all the way to the Rain siblings street where they stopped. "Alright that's enough!" Maya raised his voice, shutting the two up. "Mitaka will go to detention tomorrow. No buts... Now Tsuki, Sada let's get home."

"But Taka-chan...!" Tsuki began to complain.

"You will see him tomorrow, geez. Sometimes I think you actually like Mitaka." Sada sighed.

Tsuki and Mitaka froze. Stared at each other before looking away. They both had a slight blush to their cheeks.

Mitsuro thought that both were being dumb.

"I would never fall for a guy like this! My type does not include doll loving, player cowboys." Tsuki smirked at Mitaka.

"And mine doesn't include money loving cowards like you!" The blonde shot back.

"But you do like black heads!" Tsuki pointed out.

'Did he just flirt with him?' Sada, Mitsuro and Maya thought in different stages of surprise.

"No I don't!" Mitaka glared.

Maya marched forward before they could start throwing punches. "Alright, enoughs enough. Let's all go home before it starts to get dark!"

Sada and Maya began walking down the street. Maya stopped and stared at Tsuki who was having a staring competition with Mitaka. "For the love of Hades, TSUKI! Mum will be mad if we're late again! So hurry up!"

Tsuki sighed and ran to catch up. "See you tomorrow Taka-chan!" He called over his shoulder.

"Hope you end up in a grave!" The blonde shouted back only to get whacked on the shoulder by Mitsuro. "Ow! What was that for?"

"For being a clown. Grow up! You aren't fooling anyone!" Mitsuro said as he walked off down the main street.

"I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about." Mitaka mumbled as he walked after his little brother with a sad smile.

The two then walk past an antique shop. Mitaka stopped and looked in the window and saw dolls that look like his Cain.

Noticing that his brother had stopped walking and turned around to see him staring into a shop window. He marched over to him. "Oi! Do you wanna get home before sunset or what?" He snapped trying to tug the blonde down the street.
