He jumped up to the controls before pressing buttons and pulling switches until a live image from the rocket cockpit appeared in the screen. Max and the rest are inside while wearing the level 10 hazmat suits.
"Yo, Earth to grandpa. Come in grandpa." Grey Matter called.
[Ben?] Max looked up to the screen.
[Where's Y/n?]" Ciel asked in concern.
"He and Mr. Woodman are buying me some times." Grey Matter replied. "Listen, old bolt head is going to project a Corrodium beam from the space station to a transceiver in New Mexico."
[Which will then spread it over the entire Earth]" Max deduced.
[New Mexico? Like where we first took on the werewolf?] Gwen inquired.
[That's why it was stealing satellite equipments.] Ciel pointed out.
[A beam of Corrodium like that will mutate all human and animal life on Earth.] Karen gasped in shock.
She and Ellen had been informed by Max about their previous encounters with the werewolf and the mummy.
"I think that's just a side effect." Grey Matter added. "With the sun blocked out, Ghostfreak would be at full power all the time."
[Ghostfreak?!] Max and the girls exclaimed in disbelief.
[Me and my big mouth.] Ellen facepalmed. [Ofcourse there's a ghost alien.]
"This is way beyond Y/n had expected. Ghostfreak was not just involve with this. He's behind all of this! And both Dr. Monster and the Slenderman somehow brought him back to life!"
[Ike is there, too?!]
[Hold on a second, Ben.] Max looked down to his Corodium tracker. [That's strange. According to this, the Corodium inside this ship is moving.]
Ciel gasped in realization. [The mummy is here!]
Multiple mummy's bandages captured Max and the rest, and they're yanked away into a lower depth of the shuttle.
A loud crash can be heard. Grey Matter and Groot turned around to find Hypnotick weakly laying on the floor. The bug alien is about to get up, but Viktor crashed his boots onto him.
Grey Matter quickly dove into the terminal tiny gap to hide, and then his eyes began wondering around at the system inside. A smirk grew on his face, and Grey Matter began to work.
He tore some parts from the terminals before assembling them but suddenly, the Omnitrix started beeping before flashing a blinding red.
"Ugh, stupid watch." Ben complained.
Viktor tore open the terminal and found Ben inside. The boy pocketed a device that he built, and Viktor tossed them out in the open. The Omnitrix suddenly flashed a dim yellow with its core spinning, indicating that it has sampled Viktor's DNA.
Ben looked up to see Ghostfreak hovering in front of them while holding an unconscious Y/n in his grip. Elliot then crashed his back between Ben and Ghostfreak, and Westcott hovered down across his friend.
"Soon the Earth will be mine." Ghostfreak declared. "But first, the Omnitrix or your friend will get it!"
Westcott walked to Ghostfreak's side before aiming his hand at Y/n, and then his palm began charging up with his mana.
"You wanna be in the spotlight?" Ben stood up before aiming a small gun that he made. "How about this, freak?!"
Ghostfreak leaned closer to the weapon before laughing in mocking manner. Ben squished the trigger and fired a beam as bright as sunlight. Ghostfreak screamed in pain before dropping Y/n and fled away.
