' if only you were smiling ' I thought as I smiled myself imagining him smiling as his eyes turned into beautiful crescent moons which I always thought eternally beautiful to look away from.

I shifted closer to him who still looked lost even when I'm sitting right next to him. If it was his old self he would have already wrapped his arms around me to cuddle me and watch movies while ranting and commenting on every scene and in between he will take glances at me to see if I'm enjoying it or not.

He will feed me snacks and will play with my hair while giggling in my ears. If he will not do that then I will.

I waited for the movie to begin though I don't know what they started to play but I had only one thing in my mind more precisely one person... Kim Sunoo.

As soon as the movie started to play I stole a glance at him and he was still staring at the screen blankly.

I slowly leaned towards him and wrapped my arms around him. I felt him flinching at my touch but he didn't push me away nor did he look at my way.

After a while I leaned more into him snuggling myself in his warmth. Eventho his frame is shorter and thinner than me I still felt like home in his warmth.

My eyes widened and a big excited smile crept up my lips when I felt him shifting closer to me before leaning into my embrace and snuggling his face in the crook of my neck.

Soon I felt warm and wet liquids dripping on the skin of my neck before sliding down disappearing under my tshirt.

" h-hyung-- " I tried to call him, my voice filled with uneasiness but his small hand covered my mouth preventing me from making any noise.

Hot tears kept tickling down my neck as he wrapped his arms around me pulling me closer like he was scared.

My heart broke listening to his muffled sobs that only I could hear. He didn't want those two sitting on the carpet enjoying the movie to know that he was crying.

I can't help but hold him tighter in my arms scared if I will lossen my hold he will shatter like broken glass. He will break.

The whole time I never paid attention to the movie we were supposed to watch. The whole time I only thought about the sobbing man in my arms, his pain, his sufferings, his unhappiness, as I rubbed his back to soothe his paining heart, to heal his bleeding soul until his sobs diminished into soft breathing and he fell asleep in my arms.

" Grandma did he come? "

Sunghoon asked as soon as he entered the ramen shop which is his home. Eyes filled with curiosity and excitement as he searched the whole dining room for the younger his eyes longed for.

When he couldn't find him a deep frown appeared on his face as he turned to look at his grandma who seemed busy chopping vegitables on the chopping board placed on the kitchen counter.

Hearing his question her movements stopped as she placed the knife down on the chopping board and tuned to face him. Her usual cheerful face was nowhere to be seen instead a worried expression was dancing on her wrinkled face.

" no he didn't "

She answered to his question and as soon as the words entered his ears he dropped his backpack carelessly on the floor and ran out of the ramen shop, running back to the bridge.

He wished to every celestial being that please don't let him be there, please keep him safe, please don't let him do anything stupid.

As he ran to the bridge he heaved a sigh of relief as he didn't find the younger anywhere he even walked to the railing to check for the worst but no there's no traces of the younger.

He decided to search the area near his home and the younger's school that he guessed by his uniform. His heart was running so fast he felt like it will pop out of his ribcage any second.

He searched for two hours, he searched every street, every narrow ally, everywhere he can think of but no traces of the younger to be found.

He almost gave up until he saw a thin figure too familiar to not to recognise standing at the sidewalk staring down with eyes filled with anxiousness and fear. His heart broke at the pained expression of the younger.

His own eyes teared up at the sight of the younger's condition. He just wanted to grab him and pull him into his embrace wrapping him in his arms and never let him go. He wanted to kiss those teary eyes of the younger and whisper sweet nothing in his ears.

He rushed towards the younger but before he could approach him his steps halted and he froze at his place. He saw a tall guy probably younger than him walked towards the thin boy he longed for and grabbed him by his wrist.

The younger looked at the stranger surprised but soon his eyes filled his relife and affection that stinged his heart. He saw how the taller dragged Sunoo and the latter didn't even reject him and let himself get dragged away.

He saw the latter walk away from him until he disappeared behind a building. He was boring his gaze at the two holding hands that he didn't realize two other guys who were walking beside the boy he wanted to hold in his arms a moment ago.

" I guess you already have someone to care for you "

" it's better this way I guess "
