"And also about you driving, how many times have you driven exactly?" Koren asked sarcastically.

"I don't know... a lot?" You replied embarrassed.

"So it's settled, neither of us will be drinking and I will drive us home" Koren stated in a snarky tone.

The two of you made it to the party and of course, you texted Kj beforehand letting him know you'd be bringing him.

You both walked into the home and of course, Kj's rowdy bunch of friends and cousins were already bouncing off the walls drunk.

There ended up being more people than you thought, I guess that's what happens? Who knows.

Music was blaring and you were greeted with Dells practically jumping in on you.

"(Y/N)!! Where have you been!? I've been looking all over for you!" Della exclaimed with a pout.

"Dells I just got here." You replied face palming

"Whaaaat! But I just saw you!" Aaaand she's wasted. You thought to yourself, Della noticed Koren standing beside you and not so discreetly whispered about him in your ear.

"Is this the hot guy you made out with?" You immediately slapped your hand over her mouth in an effort to shut her up followed by Koren laughing.

"You must be Delphine, I've heard a lot about you it's a pleasure" Koren stated politely while giving his hand out to shake.

Dells started at him wide-eyed while enthusiastically shaking his hand.

You rolled your eyes and chuckled at the interaction before taking away Della's hand and turning her towards you "Della where's King?" You asked.

In response, Della grabbed your shoulders and started at you with an excited expression "Oh. My. God. (Y/n)! You will never guess who's here! It was toootally unexpected but you'll never guess!" Della stated drunkenly, completely ignoring your first inquiry.

"No- wait Della where is-" your question was never answered as Della got distracted by her girlfriend calling her name in the distance followed by her zooming past you and Koren.

Koren laughed a bit "Your friend is quite the eccentric one" he stated humorously. "You told your friends we made out?" Koren giggled teasing you.

You hid your face in your hands out of embarrassment before responding "No Jesus, I told them you kissed me on the cheek, I'm so sorry" you replied shamefully.

Koren laughed once more "Sorry I'm a bit affectionate with people I'm close to I'll stop if it bothers you," Koren said "Yeah I gathered that, it's cool though you wanna help me look for the missing birthday boy?" You asked.

After about ten minutes of searching, you finally found Kj upstairs with a few friends and his cousins.

You introduced him to Koren and you all decided to stay up there since it was a bit calmer upstairs.

"Oh (y/n)! By the way um he kinda came in out of nowhere and he was in town so I thought whyyy not? So anyways the craziest thing-"

"King get to the point Della said something similar earlier." You stated bluntly.

"Okay fine! But you have to promise you won't get mad but Toby-"

"(Y/n)?" A familiar voice said cutting Kj off.

You slowly turned around to be greeted by your one and only ex-boyfriend

Much to Koren's dismay.
