"We ought to get another chair at this rate. Eating on the floor is a little gross." You said as he tore open the paper bag to get into its contents.

"I've done worse, things far more disgusting than eating off the floor."

Springtraps confession sent a chill down your spine, but you ignored it. After all, it wouldn't be good if the rabbit caught onto your fear.

"Well, wouldn't you prefer to be more 'civilized'? It might make you feel more comfortable." You questioned the topic with air quotations and tried to change it.

"I suppose..." Springtrap replied while disinterest coated his throat and saliva as he bit into the grandest slams. "Good God, this is better than I remember..." Afton said in between bites, "If you keep bringing me food like this, I won't have to kill you!" He said with a laugh while his inner thoughts leaked out.

"Kill me? Suppose you did do that, then what? Disregarding the food, there's no way you'd ever find another person who'd even so much as step in a room with you while knowing who and what you are, let alone what might happen if the police were to find out."

"I was kidding, kid." The yellow rabbit chuckled with a grimace, the sudden realization of the problem police could pose, "Say, what do you think we can do about that? You don't seriously think I can stay here forever? Right?"

"I guess I hadn't considered that..." You said as your brows furrowed. The rabbit is right; he couldn't stay here forever undetected, and once the place opens to the public, what? "Fuck, this is a problem, isn't it?" A sigh escaped your mouth, "We need a plan."

"Indeed." Afton grinned. (Y/N) was in the palm of his hand, tricking the security guard into feeling safe and shackling him through his humanity was the only solution he could think of because what sane and rational person would allow someone to rot away in a building forever, or worse?

That said, it had happened, and that's exactly how he ended up in this situation in the first place.

He paused as a foggy memory clawed its way to the surface.

Henry.

A name that he had forgotten until recently, and with that thought, rage began to bubble in his gut, slowly creeping up his throat into a low animalistic grumble and then released into what could only be described as a sigh of defeat.

It was far too late and tiresome to be caught up on forgotten history, let alone someone as untouchable as Henry, at least for the foreseeable future; instead, the rabbit decided his energy was best suited to the task at hand (Y/N).

"I had best be doing my job now," you sighed while pushing yourself off the wall, "in the meantime, we'd better think of something." You exhaled while resetting the ventilation systems with a sigh as the realization set in, "This is far bigger of a job than I expected," a sigh escaped your larynx, "What do I even get from helping you? I could lose my job and worse!"

"Quit your complaining," Springtrap groaned, "You don't need to help me; I am an adult, one who's far older than you are."

"Aren't you leaving out that you can't exactly go outside without running the risk of someone finding you?" You said with a sigh.

"Clothes. Bring me some." Afton said as if it were the obvious thing to do.

"With what money? Nothing I own would fit you." Your bank account cried out again at the thought of spending the remainder of its essence.

"What is it with you and money?" The rabbit inquired, heavy on his annoyance.

"Brother, I'm broke, so cut the attitude." You scoffed through your teeth; he officially went too far.

"When is payday?" He asked while crossing his arms.

"Friday?"

"For fucks sake," Springtrap growled with frustration.

"Yeah, you'll just have to wait a few more days, so get off my case. I'll see what I can do; maybe we will have something."

"That's the spirit, kid." He said with a smirk as if he had somehow won the battle.

"Don't get your hopes up, 'cause I don't want to hear about it when we find out there's nothing I can do for a while."

"Hmmm, if all else, can't you drive?"

"You? In my car? Right, why hadn't I thought of that?" You explained with a breath of sarcasm, and your ability to continue this conversation was released.

"Come on, mate, you're going to abandon me after everything?" Afton said with a cruel smile; the implication was far too unsettling for your mind to handle.

"Whatever, fine, just fuck off about now."

Good grief, this is all I got for now. Hopefully, I set up a basic enough plot for future chapters, but I have no clue if that will happen, I am writing this with no plot, just chapter to chapter so if the continuity sucks, or there's a weird narrative shift, that's why.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed it, maybe the next chapter will be longer and more original, but again, this might be the last update for a while. That said if you want to see a new chapter, harass me in the comments, especially by leaving votes and maybe it will motivate me.

Sigma out.
