As you were going home, you caught sight of the beautiful sun setting, and couldn't help but stop for a moment and gaze at its beauty.

'Sunsets are always beautiful huh?..'

Shaking your head, you turned away from the sunset, and continued your trek home.

"I'm home." You said, raising your voice a bit to make sure your mother heard you.

As you were taking your shoes off, you hear footsteps thumping on the tatami floor. Knowing it was just your mother, you paid it no mind.

"How was grocery?" Your mother asked with her ever gentle voice as she took the grocery bag from you, just as you finished taking your shoes off.

You followed her to the kitchen, "It was fine. Met a nice elderly couple." You replied.

"Really? That's great, sweetheart. Why don't we resume talking about it later at dinner?" Yup. Your mother loved stories, but she loves hearing it most while she's eating.

You only hummed in reply, putting on an apron. "Where's sis?"

"She's out shopping, I gave her some money for her to spend on herself, I figured she should go out, have fun, you know?" She chuckled, taking the grocery goods out of the bag.

You hummed in response, "What're we making for dinner?"

"A lot." She smiled and looked at you, before she put her attention back on the veggies she was washing. "We're all gonna be here for dinner, and it's a rare thing to happen, so I thought why not make a whole feast for tonight, hm?" She added.

"Oh." You paused for a moment before snapping out of your trance, "That's great."

"It is, isn't it?" She smiled brightly, clasping her hands together in excitement. "Now let's get on with it then." And that you both did.

Soon, it was dinner time, and the house was filled with more than three people tonight, surprisingly.

"Dinner's ready, everyone!" Your mother called out, washing her hands, while you set the dinner table.

You could hear the various footsteps echoing through the hallways as it thumped against the tatami floor mat. 'As much as I don't want to take part into this dinner with them... the food is a must, and I will not miss out on it, no way.'

"Sorry that I wasn't able to help with dinner, mom." The first one to sit, Fuyumi, apologized.

"No, it's okay, darling. I hope you enjoyed your day." You mother grinned.

Sitting beside his sister, Natsu rolled his eyes at their interation before gazing back to his phone.

"How was your day, Natsu?" Your mother asked, smiling.

"..'t was fine." He replied nonchalantly, not taking his eyes from his phone.

Then there was your stepfather, Enji, Endeavor, The Legend-the man your mother chose to be with after she divorced. Out of all the men out there, it just had to be him huh. 'Tch.'

Atleast he treats her well-surprisingly.

You turned away, just as you noticed your mother leaning in to hug him. "How was work, hun?" You heard your mother ask, "It was alright." Her husband responded.

Taking off your apron, you caught sight of the problem child and inwardly rolled your eyes.

He took a seat across his brother Natsu, but not before glaring at his father, like he always does whenever his father's around.
