A Hunch

Sarada looked at sasuke with her tearful eyes and advanced her one hand toward him. Sasuke slowly took her from Sakura. Honestly, Sakura was too shocked to protest.

Naruto Kiba both were equally shocked.
Naruto opened his mouth to say something but he couldn't. Wow, Naruto has nothing to say for the first time in his life. He was too shocked.

Sarada placed herself in sasuke's arm and snuggled. She said in a whisper "hurting, eyes hurting" while showing her tearful eyes with her small index finger.

Sasuke's heart shrieked in his chest after hearing this. Of course it will hurt, it has to be, awakening of sharingan always hurt emotionally, mentally and physically. More than that it will drain her chakra very easily.

Kiba and Naruto already managed to bind the rest 3 team member of sasuke with a chakra restrain shackle. It will stop them to use even the minimum amount of chakra.

She is the youngest one who awakened
It in this short lifespan. He has never heard anyone to awaken it before 5 years. And the cherry on the top is she doesn't know how to control it or deactivate it. It will remain painful for her until it's deactivated.

Sasuke turned toward Karin and said in one sentence "Deactivate it". Karin was shocked, she really didn't know how to Deactivate it. She shook her head slowly and lowered her eyes. Sasuke clearly understood the message behind her action.

Sasuke's clenched his free hand in frustration. Sasuke looked back at Sakura. He wanted to ask Sakura to Deactivate the sharingan for her with her medical ninjutsu. But, he couldn't ask her, he again lowered his eyes towards sarada.

Sarada whispered "Papah" with an eye full of tears, she rubbed her eyes with her small hands. "Don't rub" Sasuke gently removed her hands from eyes.

Rest of the people were busy to analyze what is happening in the field. No one saw sasuke to be this gentle to anyone.

A small smile appeared on Naruto's face I knew bastard, you are a big softie inside. He shook his head with a smile. He didn't change from inside, he has not become a monster fully, he still has heart.

Sakura understand his dilemma which is pretty visible on his face. But no matter how much she wanted to help the child, she has to remember that she came for a mission.

It also caught Kakashi's attention as he suddenly commented "decide wisely sasuke. There is no doctor atleast in 50 miles range from this place as you know very well that this is an abandoned forest. Even if you cross the forest within 2 3 days also there is no doctor in nearly tribal villages who can help her" and finally with a closed eye smile he gave the options "Now decide, you want this girl dead or you want to accept our conditions".

Sakura's eyebrows thinned in confusion what is this sensei talking? How can he be so heartless?

On the other hand Naruto was pretty much silent today, reason must me the shocks he is getting from morning. He never thought his sensei to be this much emotionless. She is just a child and she is already crying in fear. "Kakashi sensei wha...." he stopped when Kakashi raised his hand to signal him to stop.

Sasuke clenched his teeth, he always hated Kakashi's strategies. He knew exactly what Kakashi did. "And what you are expecting?" Sasuke asked in a cold tone. Kakashi felt his rage very well under this cold tone.

"No expectation sasuke. I have zero expectation from you. However, I have a suggestion for you" Kakashi replied with a flat face.

Sasuke raised his brow in a questioning  manner. "Surrender yourself. And give back that little uchiha to us. Don't stoop so low sasuke to use a child against her parents for your own revenge" dominance was clear in Kakashi's voice but somewhere it sounded a plea from a master to his student.
