William: alright...let's go...
I felt the frame and cockpit rattle ever so spightly as my HC tore through the sky...albeit this machine was way heavier and slower than a LC...this beast of the latest gen tech available made up for it in pure power and momentum...boasingt a higher cruise and after burn speed than many light weight machines put there...in fact...it wasn't long at all until I was out of comms range with the carrier

Yet...

It still lost to that boy...William: hmm...Y/N...
I smiled with a slight chuckle...to be fair...the idea of it was crazy...an AI android that felt empathy, and emotions towards his opponents...not wanting to kill them, but instead leave on better terms...
William: heh...yup...just like Y/N...
The old Y/N I used to know was back on earth...a friend of mine...an asshole nonetheless however...
But as my HC flew through kicked up snowy clouds my mind was filled with thoughts on where that kid could be next...or better yet, what kind of shape he was in...or maybe-
William: Code 23, attending scene...sending data to the system fo- w-what the?
Setting my HC's sights down on what looked to be a small cave entrance...I could see a body...right under where the signal was coming from...
William: the hell is that?...
As I neared the sight, I had my HC kneel in close before seeing rhe full picture without and kicked up clouds on snow in the way...
It was an android body...specifically a-...
William: wait a minute...
A G-1 frame pilot android...and by the look of it...it was pretty banged up...but I couldn't help but feel as if I knew this android specially...
At first I thought it was Y/N, but...then again there were hundreds of G-1's produced back then...so how could I depict a specific G-1 Android pilot from another...?
William: it-...it might be...
Using the scanner I checked for any energy readings...and sure as day...
William: oh my God...Y/N!?
A very strong coral signature resided in its own frame...was he asleep?
From where I was seeing...both legs seemed to have suffered damage...with the right leg having the most our of the two...but each leg had its out layering cracked and somewhat scraped...was he in that cave?
William: just what the hell happened?
I repositioned my HC to look around for any possible threats before looking back down at the robot kid...it was at that moment my concern began to raise...
Near the area of his chest...was a hand sized hole...and in it...clear as day...was his core...as it let out a soft radiant red around the snow he laid on.
William: dammit!- Attention all channels!- code 78, I need a medical transport here now!
I yelled into my comms device in hopes anyone would be listening...but nothing...just static
William: damn...screw it...
Letting go of my controls and leaving the panel on the kneeled position in auto mode while I fixed my eviroment suit...my HC knelt down enough for me to climb out and down safely as I quickly made my way to the metal kid...
William: Y/N!-...Y/N!!!
I held him in my arms while trying to wake him...but to no avail...but given that the hole in his chest showed evidence that he was stoll alive and functions...I had to take a chance and make a choice...
