     "OH SHOOT!! THAT'S TODAY?!" He sprung up from the bed and ran out the room, flinging the door away from his grip. He finally understood what she meant by 'starting'.

     Peter practically sprinted all throughout the house as he finally ran outside the building to meet with Y/n who was boredly staring at her phone, scrolling through the local news. Peter clutched his knees as he heaved in and out, gasping for air. His back arched out as he tries to regain all his energy and strength.

     Y/n giggled a little at his rushing display. She rubbed his back in comfort as they both begin to walk down the crowded streets. Peter anxiously interlocked one pinky with Y/n's own. He didn't dare to look at her, but she could obviously see his reddening ears.

   She joyfully held his hand as they walked over to their destination. Peter smoothed out his white lab coat they both had of their own respected sizes. They see the tall dark building with the sign saying, 'Alchemax'. Peter stares at the ominous skyscraper as Y/n is in her own world.

    Y/n noticed a local coffee shop that allured her senses to go inside. Peter noticed her reluctance to cross the street to their new job. He saw her infatuated gaze with the coffee shop. He chuckled under his breath as he looks down at her. 

"You want some coffee? I can pick it up if you'd like. I'll meet you inside."

     Something...something in Y/n's gut told her that something absolutely terrible was going to happen. She didn't know why, she didn't know how or even when this said 'something terrible' was going to happen. All she could do is reminisce in her feeling.

     "Pretty girl? You okay?" Peter's eyebrows scrunch up in worry, waving his eyes in front of his girlfriend's glossed eyes. She blinks away the daze in her eyes and faces her love. Words began tumbling out of her mouth even though she couldn't control it. Like...it was forced by something to be said.

     "I would-" Y/n cuts herself off. "I would LOVE to get some for you! Why don't I do all the ordering and waiting, and I meet you inside?" The sentences spilled out like a waterfall and at a fast pace too. 

     Peter raised a brow but shrugged it off. He smiled warmly, looking down at her. He leans in and kisses her cheek. "Alright. Suit yourself." He begins to walk towards the ominous building. "But don't take too long now. Won't want to keep me waiting~" He teases, his back to her.

     Y/n lets go of a breath she didn't even know she was holding. Grabbing the clothing covering her chest she steadies her heartbeat. She didn't understand why that sense of awful dread came over her. Or even that small pang of regret creeping into her heart...

     Y/n walks inside the warm and vibrant coffee shop, plants flourishing and by every window. She takes a deep breath of the vanilla and coffee bean smell. She made haste with ordering but had to wait in an excruciating long line.

    Finally, Y/n strides out of the humble coffee shop. She admires the wonderful morning until that horrifying gut feeling consumes her. She stops dead in her tracks to view the ominous building. An ominous red glow emits from the far-left window.

     Then with a large explosion, the world at that moment, seemed to stand completely still.
