"Mr. Thornton there was an altercation in Mrs. Noel's class involving these 3." Mr. Brooks said as we sat down. "How did it start Ruby?" Mr. Thornton asked. "Well Mrs. Noel asked Tori about how Kaylee was doing... And Tori told her good her jaw is no longer wired shut but still got to be on the breathing machine." Ruby said to him. Mr. Thornton nodded for her to continue. "Ben said to Tori hopefully the Big 4 takes extreme measures today.. Before Tori could reply to him.. Nicole spoke up and said Fuck the Big 4!!! They have no fuckin' business getting involved... They are just doing what they do best and that's brain washing everyone with their fuckin' lies!! Comparing Logan to his uncle when he's nothing like him! If Kaylee wouldn't have cheated on him then he wouldn't have done anything to her!! She deserved everything Logan gave her and then some! Tori said to her... Nicole for once... Both you and Tabitha shut the fuck up.. Stop acting like ya'll know every damn thing when you fuckin' don't. And you're right he's nothing like his uncle... All Nicole could come back with was giving Tori a cheap shot." Ruby continued. "Did Tori hit her back?" Mr. Thornton asked. "At that time no... She didn't have the chance to." Ruby said to him truthfully. "Did you say anything?" Mr. Thornton asked her. "I said.. Hey Nicole... For once actually listen to them... Actually, listen to the fuckin truth instead of Logan's lies and your own lies that you pushed on Logan... And that's when Nicole hit Tori again and Tori hit her back." Ruby answered him truthfully. "So, self-defense... Tori you're free to go." Mr. Thornton said to me. After I walked out of the office, I went outside since it was break time.

(Break Time/Tori's pov still)

"You in trouble?" Ben asked as Trixie, Stella, Rachel, Abby and Electra noticed me walking toward our group that's gotten a little bigger over the years. "No, they let me go... Ruby was telling Mr. Thornton everything that happened... And after he heard that I hit Nicole out of self-defense he told me to go." I answered him truthfully. "I still say she knows something we don't." Alex spoke up. "Well dad and the Big 4 took her up on her offer... Today after break she's going to give them all she knows." I said letting them know I heard the conversations between them. "How's Uncle James? Dad said he hasn't seen him like this since 1990.." Trixie asked with concern. "Honestly... Beyond exhausted... According to mom, he's gotten maybe 5 hours of sleep within the last 2 weeks.." I said with a few tears. Not a lot of people know about the '90 incident involving the Big 4 and GNR except the ones that were there. "Bless him.. Hopefully he'll get some more sleep soon.. Because if Kaylee knew how tired he was... She would want him to get some sleep." Stella said with Electra nodding in agreement. Dad has told me about the incident, and I can't help but to feel his and my brother's pain. After we talked Rachel got my attention. "Ruby is heading this way." Rachel whispered to me. "Just letting you know before I leave... They let Nicole off with a warning... If she does anything to you again she's going to alternative school." Ruby said to me then headed to her car. Before I could thank her for all that she done for me, Nicole came up from behind and started chocking me out. "I'LL MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU EMO FREAKS ARE PUT IN YOUR FUCKIN' PLACES!! STARTING WITH TORI!" Nicole screamed as she slit my throat a little bit with a knife she had before Mr. Brooks and Mr. Anderson pulled her off. "Tori... Tori sweetie you're going to be okay... Just stay calm." Mrs. Noel said as she called for an ambulance.

(Metallica's abandoned warehouse/no one's pov)

"James... Stacy wants you to call her... She said that it was urgent." Lars said to James handing him his phone. "Ok... Did she say anything else?" James asked him worried and confused. "She got a call from the school... It's about Tori." Lars said to him. "What about Tori?! Is she okay?" Andy asked concerned to anyone that heard him as James called Stacy. "Baby... Lars told me to call you... What's wrong with Tori?" James asked her worried. "Trenton High School called and said.. That.. That another student chocked out and cut Tori.... Saying that she'll make sure that all of them emo freaks will be put in their place... Starting with Tori..." Stacy sobbed to him. "Baby listen to me... I need you to calm down for me and tell me which hospital she's at.. Can you do that for me... Me and Andy are on our way.." James said as him and Andy ran out the door to head home to get Stacy. And then head to the hospital. "Please let Tori be okay..." Andy said after he and James got in his truck.
