"Hey, let me ask you something... Do you guys remember how you got here" he asked.
"Nope. Zero clue.. You know anything about waking up in a locker?" I raised an eyebrow. He slightly side-eyed me and shook his head.
"If you're asking us, then...you don't remember either, do you?" Kaede spoke up.
" Ha, you're the same way too, huh? You don't remember anything, do you?" He diverted his gaze away from Kaede. "I guess that means everyone here's the same"
"Huh? Everyone?" Come on Kaede.. you don't have to repeat everything said in a sentence.
"I asked the others too. They all said they don't remember"
"What? Do we all have amnesia or something then?" I asked. There was no way though! Collective amnesia doesn't exist, right?
"Ah, but that's...not normal. If everyone here has amnesia—" Shuichi's statement was cut off by the other boy's words.
"Welp, I guess we're all in a pretty abnormal situation then" his face was grim but he still smiled. Yikes.
We discussed the possibilities for all 17 of us not being able to remember how we got here. Amnesia, hypnosis, brainwashing..
This is all too crazy. I'm not built for situations like this! I like partying and bouncing around to overly loud music, not figuring out how to escape a place I don't even remember going to.
"Oh...I never told you my name, did I? It's not like...I already told you, but then I forgot I did, right?" The green-haired guy laughed. "My name is Rantaro Amami"
I overheard Kaede and Rantaro talking about him not remembering his talent. These conversations get boring really fast so I don't pay attention too much. Could he be the only one who doesn't remember?
" ...Is it weird? That I'm not really bothered by the fact that I don't remember my talent?" Rantaro seemed hesitant to ask. I'd answer with "Absolutely," but I don't want to make anyone mad at me yet.
"Anyway, it'd be nice if we could get along. We aren't going anywhere for a while" he continued. What made him think we'd stay here for "a while"? Maybe he's the ultimate assumer or something.
Kaede puffed out her cheeks. Musta been something the hippie said.
"Stop that" She demanded. "We'll escape soon"
"..you really think it's gonna be that easy?"
"Excuse me?" I accidentally blurted out. He excused what he said as "just a feeling," but he's looking fishy right now.
He told us not to worry about it and so we departed. We continued throughout the first floor, ran into another locked door but found the dining hall after that. It looked just as abandoned as the rest of the school we've seen so far. Isn't this a health hazard?
There were two girls in there, Tenko Chabashira and Himiko. Tenko is very rowdy, I like her.. but it seems she may be a little too much. She's the ultimate Aikido Master. She also seems to hate the male gender.. a lot.
The other girl, Himiko Yumeno, is the ultimate mage.. or she claims to be. Her actual title is the Ultimate Magician. She insists that magic exists and I don't not believe her.. but maybe she should stick to magic tricks.
Next, we made our way to the warehouse and oh my stars there was a lot in there! Like filled to the brim of random stuff. Sports equipment, chemicals, you name it!
While Kaede and Shuichi were looking around, my attention was drawn to a frustrated girl rummaging through a shelf. She was wearing pink with goggles on top of her head. Her hair was also a nice strawberry blonde.
