Digimon Adventure: Flaming Heart [1]

After defeating Kuwagamon, or when they all thought they succeeded in defeating Kuwagamon while clelrabteing, Kuwagamon soon knocked the kids off the cliff and fell towards the rushing water below. Max held his little sister and both Coronamon and Floramon closely to his body as they fell.

"Sora!" Biyomon exclaimed. 

"Izzy!" Tentomon yelled.

"Tk!" Patamon shouted. 

The three flying Digimon flew down to grab their partners, but since their bodies were still quite small, they couldn't properly hold them up for long, and they all finally hit the water.

"Fish net!" Gomamon shouted as he was the first to nit the water, and suddenly, a large school of colorful fish lifted out of the water, catching the kids and their Digimon partners. 

"Are you three okay?" Max asked, glancing at his sister, Cornramon, and Floramon. 

"I'm okay," Cornramon assured his partner. 

"So are me and Floramon," Emi said, grabbing Floramon from her older brother. 

"Wow, this is some ride," Tai said, surprised and dumbfounded by the school of fish.

Kuwagamon roaring cuts through the air as the cliff begins to collapse.

"Hey, look out!" Matt shouted.

Floramon held closely to Emi as the fish swam faster. 

"Are you talking to the fish or us?" Emi asked.

"I don't know, but just stay close to me," Max said, holding tightly to his little sister for safety. 

"Go!" Gomamon yelled, causing the fish to swim faster from the crumbling rocks.

As the rocks and Kuwagamon fell into the river, the splash made several huge waves behind them and closed onto them.

Max coughed as he sat up with Emi in his arms with both of their Digimon partners and looked around at the others.

"I knew we would be okay. I wasn't worried,"Matt said, trying to sound cool.

"Yeah, your screaming said otherwise," Max stated. 

Coronamon and Floramon laughed as Matt faced turned red in embarrassment. Emi smiled at her brother's teasing behavior.

"What was that a floating fish market?" Joe asked.

"Lucky for us, those fish were having a school reunion,ha-ha," Gomanmon said, making Joe look at the newly evolved Digimon."Relax, I'm just kidding. Those fish are good freinds of mine, and I just asked them for a lift," Gomamon explained happily as his tail wags back and forth. 

"All these years, I thought  I was allergic to sea food,thank you," Joe said before standing up."Uh,I guess it not Bakamon?" He questioned, looking at his Digimon partner new appearance.

'That Joe alway worrying about something.' Sarah thought, glancing over at Joe.

"No, it Gomamon now," Gomamon replied. 

"Gomamon?" Joe asked.

"We owe you, Gomamon," Max said, petting Gomanmon as Emi gets out of his arms.

"Yeah, great job, Gomamon," Coronamon agreed.

Gomanmon blushed at the praise from Max and Coronamon.

Mimi looks at Max curiously.'He so calm despite everything that happened...why?' She thought, wondering how Max was staying calm before shaking those thoughts out her head and looking away from Max.
