A/N POV

"So, Y/N," Soyeon started, "tell me about yourself."

Y/N got a bit uncomfortable, she was never asked about herself.

"Oh... Umm, I-I'm 15-" "I know that stuff. I mean, tell me about what you like and dislike."

"Well... I like singing, dancing, composing music, writing lyrics, and sometimes sketching. I don't sketch much though." Y/N says, still uncomfortable about the idea of talking about herself.

"That's so cool! Can we be friends? It'll be so cool telling others that my friend can sketch and make music AND write lyrics. I seriously suck at all of those things. Now I can't wait to hear your music, singing, and dancing." Soyeon squealed.

"Oh, I'm not good at those things. I just do it cause I like doing it. I suck at these things too. I'm still shocked I got selected."

"Oh, by the way, how did you find out that you got selected?" Soyeon asked.

"I was at a park after my part-time job and I got an email from Hari Unnie- SHIT!" Y/N said in sudden fright.

"What happened?" Soyeon asked, concerned by Y/N's sudden reaction.

"Hari Unnie asked me to take her number before leaving and since I didn't see her at the counter, I forgot. Oh no, what am I going to do?"

"Why are you panicking about? It's absolutely fine. You can forget stuff. Plus I have her number, take it from me after we get home."

"If you say so," Y/N said, still alarmed about what Hari's reaction would be like.

"So, you have a part-time job?"

"Uhh, yea.. I do it to- h-help my parents. Yea," Y/N said.

"Cool! Oh! What was your parents' reaction after finding out that you got selected?"

"Um... they- they weren't really- really h-happy about it."

"Oh, then how did they let you come? I mean, they might've agreed, right? My parents weren't so pleased letting me come here as well since my mom has been through a trainee's life as well and she knows everything they have to go through but I convinced them."

"Well, I-I'm not sure." Y/N was hesitant about telling her anything about her life.

'Come on Y/N. You'll lose your only chance of making friends. What could go wrong? She'll leave you? You've been through that before.'

She won't stay with you either way.

Who even wants to be your friend?

You're not capable of having friends.

"I- My p-parents- uhh... they-" "Soyeon! What are doing out right now? I thought you had a day off."

Y/N got cut off mid-way by a girl, probably in her late teenage looking out of a house.

She was relieved but another thing came to her mind.

'UH! Y/N, you're so dumb and annoying. You made her come to the company on her day off.'

"Oh, Haeun Unnie! Bang PD called me to help Y/N. She's a new trainee here." Soyeon said walking towards the house.

"Y/N, this is Kang Haeun. She is the second oldest in the dorm."

"Thank you Soyeon, but I think I can introduce myself. Anyway. Hi Y/N?"

"Oh, uhh.. Hi. I'm Min Y/N and I'm 15." Y/N said looking at Soyeon at first before turning her gaze towards Haeun and bowing.
