Past and Present ~ Hyunlix

"Happy birthday Felix" everyone yelled as the little kid was excited to cut his cake. A yellow cake with little chick on it. "Thank you everyone" said little Felix.

"Why don't we plant little plant in nearby garden, mom?" Said Felix as he taught about saving the planet in his school. The mother laughed and said, "We will do this tomorrow baby".

Next morning Felix was exited as he was going to plant a rose plant in the garden nearby his house, he was searching for a safe place where no one could harm his plant. He went near a bench as he started jumping out of the excitement and asked his mom if they could plant a plant underneath the bench.

His mom agreed as they started digging while Felix found wooden box it was dirted with mud and it seemed so old, he showed the box to his mother as she opened it and saw a pair of rings and soft dirtied plushie.

She showed it to her son as the little boy giggled seeing the soft plushie. "Who must have kept it here?" Is it sign of love? asked the curious boy!

"Yeah baby! It must be." Said his mother smiling at him, as she convinced and took the box from her son and promised to clean it and give it back to him. Later while having their dinner the boy out of curiosity asked his mom,
"If the rings are the sign of love then I'll find myself a boyfriend!" said Felix with shiny eyes.

His mother panicked as she asked him, "Why a boy? Can't it be a girl?"

"No, because girls are annoying, a girl from my school she is so annoying. I hate girls" said Felix as he ran with the wooden box to show it to his father who was in the kitchen. (Sorry for offending girls like that)

It happened to father listening all the mother-son conversation as he started laughing as well. His mom was dumbfounded as she later started smiling as well.

"Whoever you choose will be the best and I'm sure about it lix!" She said as she looked at her husband smiled. Joining in the hug as she kissed the little boy and sent him in the bedroom to sleep.

The boy ran upstairs as he was exited to write his whole day in his diary which was gifted by his grandmother on his 5th birthday. He wrote down about the box as well and later slept.
