Uncertain Decision?

"Right right, y'all wanna learn more about me. Where to begin, well for one I'm not from here."

"Are you from some other planet then? Dragons are pretty rare on Earth and they usually come from other planets or even galaxies" Sana asks, considering (Y/N) didn't look fully human and this was the best guess they had on what he is. "Well kinda? That's one way of putting it, and I'm not a dragon. Well I am? But I'm also not?"

"Well hybrids do exist, we even have a friend who's a nephilim. Though I haven't heard of a dragon-hybrid of any race, usually dragons just keep some of their characteristics in their human form." looking back on it, there were never any dragons who took up a human form who didn't have at least one of their characteristics displayed. It usually ended up being a tail, some sharpened teeth or even something as simple as a few scales along their body and yet? The male in front of the council showed no signs of any of these things.

A small sigh escaped his lips as he tried to hear their rationalization on what he had just said. It was pretty confusing all things considered but he figured he'd tackle the easier questions they had first. The first one being about whether or not he was an actual dragon.

"I'm technically not an actual dragon, but I have the blood of one in my veins. Basically its the cost for the magic I use...what did he call it again? Dragshift? Yeah that." he says before demonstrating it once again as he two dragon wings sprouted from his back, and his arms still remained transformed. All before they vanished, and his arms returning to normal.

"As you can see, I'm a mostly regular human!" (Y/N) proudly states with a smug smile, his left hand on his left hip as he rubbed his nose with his right hand. Unfortunately this moment was cut off by the person who called this meeting "That still doesn't answer everything else, especially how you just straight up vanished from every timeline! Not even the detective has done that!"

"Really mate? I can do that...kinda but then again I can do a lotta things!" Bae says before laughing mischieviously, despite the seriousness of the council meeting and being its leader it was like she wasn't taking it that seriously. "Howevery Ms. Perfection's gotta point, aside from like what? Four or five people, me included, no one can do that. And all of them have divinity in them."

Just like that her tone shifted to one of seriousness and intrigue as she eyed up (Y/N), similar to how a predator looks at its prey. Her gaze was met by one of his own, one that was both excited and nervous by that grin and look she had in her eyes. A bead of sweat going down the side of his face. On the council's end, they all looked at their leader with looks of intrigue or worry.

"I know that look Cap'n, are you sure you're gonna do that here?"

"Forget it Sana, there's no stoppin her when she's like this. Well let's just enjoy the show alright?"

"Ooh ooh can I get popcorn!? Its been a while since I've had it and I know this is gonna be fun!"

"Just try not to make a big mess like last time Bae, especially not here in the meeting room..."

The rest of the council continued to talk, which seemed to go ignored by both Baelz and (Y/N), the two of which continued to have, which was broken by a few words by the red rat.

"Tell ya what, if you impress me enough, I can letcha go but you're gonna be under constan surveilance got it?"

(Y/N) POV

Yep, here I stood face to face with all the members of the council. The funny thing is their interactions and mannerisms just showed each of their roles within group. Well not really roles but what they would be like if they were a family. Even funnier was that they all kinda acted how I expected them to, guess I really am amazingly smart.
