Knowing Prim, she won't need much warming up though. She had just teased and taunted me this morning.

"That sounds great, Katniss. I miss little Rosy," He kisses my hair.

"Rosy? Bow? You're really digging out all of the old nicknames, huh, Bread Boy?"

He laughs, when we first met and I didn't know his name, he was "Bread Boy".

"You seemed to have just done the same, Bow." He smiled and I let my head rest on his shoulder.

Peeta knows that Prim is my number one priority, over all my friends, even over school, or myself. He knows that I've practically raised her since my mother hasn't, and that even though my mom may be snapped back into things, Prim will remain my priority. And he knows that she means the world to me, and I want her to know about us before it gets to serious. Especially since I had to talk to her about Gale soon and how he wasn't going to be around us as often- or at all really, and that if he came near her she's to tell me. Since clearly Gale isn't the most stable person, especially when he's drunk.

I am not looking forward to tell her this, regarding Gale, considering she really looked up to him since he's been in our lives but that's mainly because I never told her, or let her see how he really is. Because if she did, she'd cry, or do something crazy from her fear and call the cops or our mother.

But I think that her reconnecting with Peeta would help soften the blow.

Peeta and I  start walking back to school first, since we had Ms. Trinket for drama class and am definitely not willing to be late. Apparently Cato has her, too, but he doesn't seem to care all that much.

Ms. Trinket has been a royal pain in my butt since freshman year, but some odd part of me respects her for being able to be a complete royal pain and say just about anything to anyone and still be slightly feared. Maybe she's only feared for her direct pipeline to Principal Snow, but either way, I somewhat respect her.

"Welcome, welcome, class," She smiles, her hair is brightly blonde- on the verge of being yellow today. But that's just today. Last year it was baby blue, a light violet, and it's even been hot pink. Her makeup is extravagant as it's always been, and her clothes are over the top for being a teacher. I've always wondered- and continue to wonder- what she actually looks like underneath the thirty layers of vibrant makeup and hair dye. "I know I will get some... Disapproval for being unoriginal, but as a drama teacher I do have to teach at least one of Shakespeare's plays, and I have chosen Romeo and Juliet..." (Admit it, you read this in Effie's fabulous voice.)

Immediately sighs of annoyance fill the room but she quickly shushes them all, obviously set in her ways about the play thing.

"Now, before we get started with everyone reading the script and auditioning, I will take attendance," She says, smiling too much and too widely considering she's a drama teacher for a bunch of high schoolers who don't take it seriously but pretend to just to pass.

Peeta and I talk a little bit while she takes attendance and I inform him on Prim's new hobbies and interests. He says he looks forward to seeing and talking to her again and hopes she "likes him", which I tell him he has nothing to worry about.

"Katniss Everdeen," Ms. Trinket calls.

"Here." I respond.

After awhile I hear; "Cato Hadley,"

No one answers and Peeta and I look at each other with small grins that turn into snickers.

"Cato. Hadley." Ms. Trinket repeats, frankly sounding pissed off.  "Last call; Cato Hadley."
