While attempting to get to his feet, Aggu didn't notice that the Porsche had stopped uphead. Parked across two lanes, the car sat with its engine running and headlights beaming. One door sat open while Enzo remained in the driver's seat. The gun that had been briefly used tonight was abandoned next to him, but Enzo's attention was solely to his passenger, who walked the length of the street in long, quick strides.

Aggu could barely comprehend the clenching of his shirt before he was winded. The shoe that kicked up into his stomach made him choke and splutter. The hands that balled the back of his shirt threw him to the side. Any efforts of getting to his feet were abandoned as Aggu landed on his shoulder. He stiffled a yelp as pain shot up his side, alerting him to how injured he actually was.

Planting his foot into Aggu's chest, Joost forced the man onto his back. When Enzo tipped the Lancer onto its roof, Joost was silent as they pulled to a stop. Up until now, Joost didn't have a clear picture of how he would finish it all. But when he threw open the passenger's door and stalked towards the groaning German, Joost knew what he wanted to do.

Joost stepped one foot over the man beneath him before bending over. He grabbed the collar of Aggu's dirtied, bloodied t-shirt and threw his strengthened fist into his jaw.

The punch was solid and caused Aggu's teeth to rattle in his skull. The next knocked the ski mask off his face, revealing the drooping eyelids and rolling eyes.

Now that Joost could see Ski Aggu's face, the punches fell easier.

His nails dug into his palm and the white shirt's threads began to rip in his hand. Joost's knuckles began to bloody as did Aggu's nose and lips. Joost reared his arm back from every punch with the desire for more sickening landings. Every hit was euphoric and he found himself getting lost in the bliss of seeing Aggu becoming more and more mangled.

Not once did he plea for the Dutchman to stop. It allowed Joost to remember the taunting smirk and unforgiving hand that had left the marks and bruises on Elke's neck. He let the t-shirt go from his fist and Aggu dropped to the road, gasping for air. Blood stained his teeth and his nose's bridge was split. Joost had broken Aggu's face in multiple, but even that wasn't enough.

Straightening up, Joost's own jaw hurt from how tight he clenched his teeth. He lifted his right foot to stand beside Aggu, leaving him to be in the streetlight's view for a single moment. Joost kicked the ski mask that was abandoned next to him and didn't look to see where it landed. Using the same foot, Joost raised his knee and stamped on Aggu's forehead.

Enzo watched from afar as Joost crushed Aggu's skull. He hadn't expected his friend to use such brutality, but it wasn't completely out of character.

Enzo had seen Joost kill a handful of times and most of them were while racing. He could easily run someone off the road and t-bone a car until the driver was unrecognisable. But when Joost wanted to make it personal, Enzo knew that the Klein had a ferocious side to him.

Joost stopped when the sounds of his shoe mushing the bloody mess was the only thing he heard. The groans stopped when there was no voicebox or tongue left to use. The black leather of Joost's sneaker was matted and as he scraped the sole against the tar, Joost realised that he was panting.

The energy it took to let out his rage tired him, but he had never been more satisfied. He did it. He had killed Ski Aggu. Nathan was gone, his own actions landing him his own merciless death. His killer was now on the bottom of a black AirForce 1 and Joost could finally breathe.

He dragged the dufflebag from the wreckage and hung it over his shoulder. He left what was Ski Aggu with his flipped car, his chest feeling light and his nerves at ease.
