"To the right we have the ice cold boy from Class 1A Shoto Todoroki!" President Mic shouted as Shoto stepped in the arena eyeing his opponent. "And to the left we have the Tape Master of Class 1A Hanta Sero!" He said as Sero walked in the arena.

"Begin!!" Midnight shouted.

"I don't know if I could win but...I don't want to lose either!!" Sero shouted as he shot a line of tape at Shoto, Shoto, with one death glare, froze the entire arena. Everyone could feel a cold chill across their spine.

"N-not e-even a se-second, an-and Todoroki froze the arena." President Mic said hugging himself stuttering because of how cold he was. Shoto looked at his hand and clenched it.

"Sero, can you move?" Midnight asked the boy who was completely covered in ice. "Well, that's not really a question is it? Sero is unable to move, Shoto Todoroki wins!" Midnight shouted as Shoto walked over to Sero.

Ingenium was patrolling around the city, he was speeding down each road at high speed until he looked to his left to see a pro hero lying on the floor, blood pouring down from his head. Ingenium stopped midway and dashed over to him.
