At home I found Mic. He allowed me to sit next to him on the couch and as a cat, I took a nice, much needed nap.

Night fell. Aizawa walked into my room at the exact right time.

With one foot out of the window, I paused.

"I'm not looking," Aizawa sighed, "Though, next time use the front door, even when you're grounded."

"I'll be back by three," I said, "And I won't be late."

"I'll leave some food in the fridge for you."

"Thanks."

"A simple mission," Shigaraki said.
We were walking back from a small errand. My hands were covered in blood, but I'd be able to wash them soon.

"Dangerous," I added, "A simple, but dangerous mission."

"It'll be worth it," Shigaraki said, "One day the number one will fall!"

"I'm sure of it," I sighed. I was only doing this so I could get myself a second quirk! Or at least I should do more research about these villains while I was in this 'agreement'.
Honestly? I didn't think the second quirk would ever be a thing. For now I was enjoying myself. Beating up people and making plans for murder was probably my favourite pastime.

"When are the internships?" Shigaraki asked me.

"Two weeks," I raised two fingers, "I need to know which one I choose next week... I'm still not sure."

"Hosu," Shigaraki said, "Try to be there."

"Why? I can't do much as... as a hero." I looked away.

"You can be there if things go wrong. If you see him, kill him."

I raised an eyebrow.
"You do know I'm not a murderer?"

"Arrest him then. If he's not with us, he's against us."

"That's not how it works."

"Yes it is!"

"No, not at all," I sighed, "But believe what you want, I'm too tired to argue."

"Then sleep." Shigaraki continued.

"Fuck you." I grumbled in turn.

"No fuck you you stupid cat!"

I huffed. "I've got school in the morning, it's not like I can sleep for long."

"Then quit school." Shigaraki shrugged.

Don't encourage me to do that...!
I so desperately wanted to be on patrol all day everyday, but I couldn't. I would probably die if Aizawa saw I quit school as well, I shouldn't quit!

We returned to the bar and with the help of Kurogiri, I got back home. Three AM exactly.

Aizawa greeted me from the couch, and fell back asleep. I turned into a cat and jumped onto the couch next to him. Four hours, four hours of peaceful sleep.

This life was so tiring!!

"(Y/n)! Pay attention!" Ectoplasm said sternly.

I looked up from my thoughts.

How to catch the hero killer?

I didn't know.

After class Ectoplasm told me to study more. My grades weren't look too good.

But how to kill the capture— to...
I rubbed my tired eyes.
I just had to focus!

How to capture the hero killer?

I sat on the slightly torn up couch, my thoughts running back and forth through possibilities. I could figure this out!
The evening continued and I got back from a quick patrol. I sat back down, looking at the notebook I had left.
Three AM was nearing... my eyes dropped a little and some warmth let me sink further into the couch.
Kurogiri put a blanket over my shoulders when I fell asleep.

"Kid..." Aizawa woke me up, "You can't skip any more classes."

I grumbled and got up from my bed.

"You have to study," Mic said once I got back, "Your grades are—"

"Yeah yeah," I sighed, "I know I'm failing."
I just had to work a little harder. I had to gather the clues and then I had Shigaraki's problems solved. I was so close!

"Do you need help?" Aizawa asked.

Help?
Huh?
What's that?
Can you eat it?

"What? No, of course not," I said quickly, "I'm fine, I just have to study."

In my room I turned to the window, looking outside. Fuck everything, I had to go out!

"If it continues like this," Aizawa said sternly, "We'll have to send you to the general course."

I stared at the list of grades.

"Just expell me," I said, "I have to do vigilante stuff. I can't only focus on school—"

"Kid, no," Aizawa glared at me now, "School goes first. You can't always put others before you."

Yeah, now I just felt bad.
I was doing all of this tiring stuff for myself, for a second quirk!

Maybe I deserved to get expelled?

"Fuck I got it!" I sat up quickly, the answer clear in my mind.

"Anything the matter?" Mic asked.

Right— I was in class!

"Nope," I got up and grabbed my stuff, "I'm using the bathroom!" I hurried outside with my bag in hand. Of course I wasn't going to use the bathroom, I was gonna leave. Shigaraki had to know this!

Using a portal, I arrived at the bar. I went into a detailed explanation, feeling proud of the solution I had found.

Kurogiri put his hand on my shoulder.
"It's great, thank you for your hard work."

I gave him a bright grin. "It wasn't that hard..."

"Aren't you supposed to be at school though?" Kurogiri said in his usual calm voice.

"I'm sure skipping a few hours isn't all that bad," I shrugged, "I should prepare—"

"Kid," Kurogiri said calmly, "Go take a nap. You've done a lot the past few days. Take your rest."

I looked up at his golden eyes.

"Yeah..." I turned to the couch, "I guess I am tired."
I plopped down and let the world disappear.

When I woke up, Shigaraki was petting my cat head.

Everything seemed so comfortable.

Why did this seem better than at home?

Was it the lack of shouting at me to try harder?
