It was almost 12 at midnight. Everyone slept after eating dinner in their respective rooms except one, and that was ipshita, she was sitting in the living room waiting for her husband to come back and have dinner. Her eyes were heavy .She reheated the food almost 3 times and now it was 4th she was reheating it frustrated.
As she came back from the kitchen, her heart skipped a beat and then relaxed as she noticed avyansh coming inside with the spare key's but as soon as his eyes land on Ipshita, he frowned in confusion and came towards her.
"You didn't sleep??"
He asked coldly while removing his wrist watch and keeping the bag on the table.
She looked at him and shook her head.
"I was waiting for you!!"
She said in a gentle tone , he looked at her with different emotions as he hear her say soo.
Avyansh pov
"I was waiting for you." She don't know wht this one sentence did to my heart. No one, no one ever waited for me like this. I thought it's normal but now seeing someone waiting for you to come back was soo different. Fir the first time I felt special, I felt as if I'm alive for this only. It feels soo good and special knowing someone is there to wait for me. But I can't let my emotions again ruin everything.....it's better to keep it with myself.

"Why??"
He asked out of blue making her confused as hell.
"H..huh??"
"Why waiting for me?? You don't have to do all these!!"
He said and started walking but...... Ipshita held his arm making him Stop and glance at her hand touching his arm.
Ngl, he surely got a mini attack feeling her touch against him after a long time. He slowly looked at her just to get lost in her pretty doe eyes looking at him.
Suddenly realisation hit her, she immediately free him from her grip and looked here and there avoiding his stare. He looked at her for w good min and then cleared his throat to remove the awkward silence.
"Listen, you don't have to wait for me. I always come late soo I don't want someone to wait for me and then get sick. I can manage myself.....
Pausing for a moment, he again spoke,
"And..... stop interfering in my life, I already cleared everything on the wedding night to not expect anything for me.. don't expect from me to return your efforts,it's better if you Stop all these."
