Chapter 20

After few hours of love making they released and Yudhisthir laid beside hers holding her as close as he could. That night they both witnessed the side of each other that they didn't knew existed . Tired with the intimacy they both slept holding each other .

Next morning ~

The sunlight seeping through the window waked him . He opened his eyes to see his wife sleeping peacefully in his arms . Her long black hair free of braid was spread on the bed covering the pillow some strands of hair were disturbing her sleep so he removed them from her face and tucked them behind her ears the way her face glowed in the sunlight made her look so glamours . "It is not nice to stare at someone like this you know ." She said and opened her eyes . He smiled. "Well i can't help it not when i have such a beautiful wife ." He said and she blushed.

For few minutes they forgot that they had respective duties to follow but they can't ignore them . "Uh i have to go ." She said . "Then you can go ." He said as he knew what she was going to say afterwards. "Well i am naked i can't walk like this ." She said while clutching the blanket around her . Yudhisthir laughed at her shyness. "What is there to hide i saw everything yesterday did you forgot ." He teased and Divyanshi blushed furiously . "Uh just close your eyes ." She said . "Okay okay ." He said then closed his eyes . She immediately ran towards the bathroom .

Yudhisthir wore his dhoti and soon Divyanshi also came . She was looking ravishing with her wet black hair cascaded down to her hips deprived of any ornaments just in her lehenga. She sat on her dressing table. He walked towards her and leaned down to keep his chin on her shoulder . "You are looking beautiful." He said and pecked her cheek . "Ofho arya if you will keep praising me then you will get late i am sure maharaj has something important to tell you ." She said . "Oh i forgot it thank you for reminding i will get ready as well ." He said and ran towards the bathroom.

Here Divyanshi dried her hair with burning incense . Braided her hair as always and putted vermilion on her partition. She putted alta on her feet and hands then wore her jewelries a beautiful mattha patti , kamarbandh , bajubandh , bangles , rings and earrings two big necklaces and a small one . She at last wore her nose ring . She then wore her chudamani .

After wearing her jewelries she putted kajal on her eyes which made her look ethereal. She was looking magnificent in her lehenga.

As she was getting ready he came and hugged her from behind she gasped in shock but calmed after she saw him . "You scared me you know that ." She said . "Hmm i am sorry then ." He said . "No no i will not accept your apology you have to get punished for such a heinous act ." She teased and he also played along . "I think yuvrani is right so what punishment do you want me to go through." He asked . "Hmm let me think i think you should not be allowed to talk to me for a day ." She said and laughed as he gasped like a girl . "You can't give this grave punishment to me ." He said .

And they both chuckled and left the chamber as they both had lots of work today . Yudhisthir went to meet with maharaj while she went to attend her duties as a daughter in law. All were occupied with their works and so was Divyanshi when . "Yuvrani ki jai hou yuvrani you have been called to sabha ." Saying this she went from there and Divyanshi walked towards the sabha .

She saw her in laws in the sabha she went to the place where the women were supposed to sit . She greeted her mother in laws and Dushalla and they also greeted her back . "Putra Yudhisthir we have decided to send  you , kunti , bheem , arjun, nakul and sehdev to varnavart to conduct a pooja in the remembrance of pandu as the people of varnavart have called you the sons of pandu so after a week you have to go will you go putra ." He said . "We will go for the pooja in remembrance of our father maharaj ." He said joined his hands .

The meeting was over after discussing over few matters related to the kingdom . Today was also the day when subhadra was supposed to go back and it was decided that Arjun will accompany her . They were taking the blessings of elders they come in front of her subhadra and Divyanshi hugged each other . "Oh i am going to miss you ." Subhadra said . "I will also but i don't think i have to miss you for long if you know what i mean umm anyway arjun don't trouble her on the way ." She said . "Oh trouble her bhabhishree she is trouble herself." He said . "Jiji ." Subhadra whined and everyone laughed .

"Jyesth now permit me to leave i will directly come to varnavart from Dwarka ." He said . Then they both went . And as always the day ended . Tired from the work they both came in the chamber . "What happened arya why do you look so stressed?" She asked noticing that something was bothering him . "It is just that i am worried about you." He said she frowned and said . "Worried about me ? Why arya ?" She asked . "Divyanshi i will not be here for few days how will you live here all alone neither me nor my brothers will be here and with the conspirators i can't even imagine what they might do ." He said her face softened. "Arya it's okay and this just a matter of few days i will be okay even though the thought of staying away from you pains my heart i can't do anything." She said . "No no I won't leave you here alone i will take you with me to varnavart ." He said and she nodded. "Uh arya tell me something about pitashree ." She said he smiled and started to explain about his father .

Meanwhile ~

"Look , look at my masterplan mere bacche ." "Your planning is awesome mamashree and this time the pandavs won't survive." Duryodhan said . "But why didn't you involved Divyanshi in this plan she is also with the pandavs now ." Dushsasan said . "Bharata Dushsasan i don't want to hurt her ." He said . "Mere bacche this will be the doom of the pandavs and with Yudhisthir's demise no one can stop you from becoming the king of hastinapur."

"But gandhar raj trying to burn family is not the solution think about the consequences mitra ." Karna said . "No no mitra i have already thought about the consequences that's why i decided it you don't worry ." He said .

The evil trio laughed as karna looked uncomfortable with this idea .
