Another View || Chapter 8

Worker Drone: "Who is it-Wait? Aren't you that weird put-together Worker Drone?"

Y/N: "That I am! Can I come inside?"

Worker Drone: "Eh, why not? You probably could get in anyways because nobody has fixed the ceiling..."

Y/N: "Fair!"

*The colony door opens up as I walk in. Being in here a few times, I walked through the colony, trying to find my way to Lizzy's room. After about 2 minutes of looking, I just decided to climb into the vent shafts and crawl through the vents to look for Lizzy.*

Y/N: "I could probably ask someone where Doll is... but what's the point in my "enhancements" if I can't do shit like this~"

*As I crawl, I look through most of the rooms before I find... what I assume is Lizzy's? How? Lots of pink colors, and lots of outfits. But the main reason is her trashcan is filled with missing people's papers, probably due to Doll*

Y/N: "Found you."

*I jump down and land with a thud as I see Lizzy, who was sleeping by the way in her pajamas get up with a groan as she takes off her sleeping mask*

Lizzy: "Mhm... Who in the world is-?"

*Lizzy looks at me and her eyes widen for a second*

Lizzy: "Oh! It's you! That scraped drone, right?"

Y/N: "Kinda? My name is Y/N."

Lizzy: "Right, the diva told me."

*I already knew who she was talking about, V*

Lizzy: "So, what are you doing here? Come to sleep with me? Wouldn't mind~"

Y/N: "I-I, NO! God..."

*I shake the blush off and sit on a chair in Lizzy's room as she is still lying in her bed*

Y/N: "You've known Doll for a while right? Do you know about AbsoluteSolver?"

Lizzy: "That thing? I didn't know EXACTLY. I only knew once we made the plan to kill V."

Y/N: "Really?"

Lizzy: "Yeah."

*Lizzy pulled the covers off herself and sat up on her bed with her pajamas, crossing her legs*

Lizzy: "Why did you want to know."

Y/N: "Well, how did Doll... Use it?"

*Lizzy looked around and then at me*

Lizzy: "You expect me to know?"

Y/N: "Kinda? Even if she didn't say how she did it, you must have observed it."

*Lizzy though, seemingly actually trying to think of anything she might have noticed*

Lizzy: "Well, I know it has to do with hand movement, or at least, that symbol needs to be in your palm to use it. You can't just think and it happens."

Y/N: "Right..."

Lizzy: "She also explained it to me like a... program... like a drawing program or something?"

*I was silent before thinking back... She moved stuff... She rotated things... she crushed that girl into nothing... and duplicated objects... Translate, Rotate, Scale, and Edit... Hmmm...*

Y/N: "I thought it was similar, but it seems 1 to 1."

Lizzy: "I guess."

Y/N: "...I think that's all, unless you have anything else to share?"
