Y/N stepped into her room after a long day at the wedding dress tailors. She had many of the Charlotte sisters present, which had extended the time taken significantly, as the bickering would never end! Till they all came together on one dress. (shhh you'll see on the wedding day)As she stepped into her chambers, the soft glow of candlelight greeted her as she walked in. She had to quickly figure out what she'd wear at the tea party being hosted the day before the wedding in celebration of hers and Katakuri's union. She obviously didn't find any time today to figure out her outfit. As she opened her closet, she noticed something out of the corner of her eye.
Over the bed, was a gown of a beautiful silver color.
The fabric flowed like liquid silk, catching the light with every subtle shift. The off shoulder, embroidered dress was both elegant yet daring. Beside the dress rested a velvet box, and when
Y/N opened it, her breath caught.Inside was a jewelry set: a delicate necklace with a tear drop- shaped sapphire at the center, surrounded by glittering diamonds. The matching earrings mirrored the design, each sapphire deep and mesmerizing.
There was a note left next to the dress and box,
"I know you've been busy, I hope you like it. - Katakuri."Her fingers brushed the cool gemstones as her heart swelled. It was a gesture simple yet so profound—Katakuri's way of expressing his care without words, she thought to herself. A smile tugged at her lips as she imagined his stoic self going out of his way to do this, maybe he was a secret romantic.

After she carefully adjusted the necklace around her neck, a soft knock broke the stillness. Y/N opened the door, and came in Pudding, her face lighting up.
"Wow, Y/N! This dress is stunning!" she gasped, circling her. Y/N looked down at her feet to let out a big smile. "Katakuri got it for me."
"I wasn't aware he had such refined taste," her teasing tone laced with genuine admiration. "He must be smitten for you."
Y/N chuckled, smoothing the fabric of her dress to hide the blush on her face, before Pudding and her made their way down to dinner.
~~~
The grand dining hall was filled with the clinking of glasses, the murmur of voices and a rich scent of decadent pastries and food. It was buzzing as the Charlotte siblings chatted and bickered amongst themselves. Katakuri was already seated near the head of the table, his frame commanding attention even in silence. His usual scarf covered his face, but his crimson eyes followed every movement in the room.
When Y/N entered, the chatter dipped momentarily, all eyes drawn to her. Katakuri's gaze locked on her, his expression softening in awe almost.
Big Mom's booming laughter filled the room. "There she is! Come, my beautiful daughter-in-law to be! Sit beside Katakuri."
Katakuri rose as Y/N approached. As Y/N kept her attention on him, she noticed that the usual armor and spiked bracers were gone; instead, he wore a sleek, dark coat that was sharp and tailored to be just below his knees. The coat remained open, revealing his sculpted chest and intricate tattoo that stretched across his skin all the way to his sexy abs.
Without a word, he extended his hand, helping her ease into her chair. His movements were deliberate, his grip firm yet gentle as he guided her long dress and ensured her tall heels didn't trip her.
"Careful," he murmured low enough that only she could hear.
"Thank you," replied Y/N, her voice soft, feeling the warmth of his presence.
